Best Afghan/Indian food in Basel Thanks

Technical knowledge and understanding of flavours on show. Some of the best fish and seafood dishes I have eaten. Sea urchin outstanding and sole was inspired. The main course lacked cohesion and cooking of the lamb missed the mark for me. Service was formal, and attentive. Some low level music would help to break down the stuffy and stiff atmosphere.

A visit to this restaurant is always an experience. Many thanks to Christoph and his team for a great meal in a pleasant atmosphere with friendly service and a great ending 😉
