A great selection of homemade cakes and brownies, including vegan options. There's also delicious coffee, matcha, chai or syrup. There are also many great products from the region to buy, such as ginger or syrup.

Super nice, small coffee with very nice employees. Every Sunday we go out for a hot coffee and a delicious croissant with salmon. There is also a large selection of home-baked cakes (including vegan options) and butter croissants. There are also many alcoholic specialties and pottery in the coffee shop. I can highly recommend the coffee.

Cute. You can't tell if it's there because it's dark outside. It's delicious, but the seating is a bit uncomfortable inside the store and outside is outdoors. I guess I'll only go on good days

The waitress blamed us for not having a drink with the cake (we wanted to sit down). She said she wouldn't earn anything from it. In addition, she commented negatively on my payment method with Twint. I definitely won't go there again. The only positive thing was the good cake.

+ The cake was very tasty. - The service was irritable and unfriendly. She didn't want to let our group of 6 people, in which everyone actually wanted to eat cake, sit because we didn't buy coffee.

All things made fresh on site and their ice coffee is the best and so is their cheesecake. They have a nice selection of different things, and the staff was most friendly and attentive to their customers.

We decided to try this Bagel Cafe because it was recommended in our hotel. It is located close to the city centre. We ordered 2 bagels with salmon and guacamole 11,20 CHF (11€). They were good, the salmon tasted fresh and guacamole was ok. To drink matcha latte with oat milk 5,5 CHF (5,40€) I think they got confused with the milk because we were really bloated after drinking it. Please note that ordering vegetable milk is 0,5 CHF extra and it wasn’t sweet enough. The seating area is ok and cute, would be nice to have seats inside in case it rains. Total bill 33,40 CHF (32,36€) for 2 people.

Closed Mon/Tues, but prices increased! And tap water costs too. Service rather impersonal. It always seems stingy (especially when it comes to stamp cards). But the best cake in town. A pity. More passion would be nice. The shop is buzzing.

Tingel Kringel has the absolute BEST vegan Macha Brownies! If I walk past it, there is almost always something sweet to take away! :) It's dangerous that I live so close ;)

A very cozy little restaurant with delicious bagels and super fine cakes/pastries. It's a bit tight to sit inside, but outside in front of the café it's very comfortable and there are blankets available if it's a little colder. It also has a large selection of delicious drinks. Last time I had a latte macchiato that was way too milky for me. Otherwise worth a visit!

We had two really good bagles, thank you! The young server was also super friendly and really made an effort. There's a lot of investment in the shop, a lot of work and certainly a lot of love, but I haven't had such bad coffee in a long time, yikes, even on the second attempt. If you have a complaint, your boss should be met with understanding, not harshness. Customer proximity is somehow not what the management wanted...it was a nice attempt, but my first and last.

Very popular with students from the nearby university, very friendly welcome and bagels made in front of you. Great selection of delicious cakes and drinks. Please note, only open from Thursday to Sunday.

One waitress at this place is incredibly rude to customers, which seems to be a common sentiment amongst reviewers. First, she called us rude for bringing in a reusable coffee mug (even though it was filled with water?). Second, there were a total of 10 of us, and she would not allow us to use more than four small tables because we were not drinking (but we all ordered bagels, coffee, and cakes) and that would take away her business. Finally, when she came by to collect our plates at the end of the meal, she lectured us on food waste because some plates had some crumbs or a few capers left over. She said that's why they ask if we want the toppings on the bagels and we should have told her that we didn't want those things. Truly so rude. Like what if a food item just doesn't taste according to a customer's expectations? The only reason I'm not giving one star is because I was pretty impressed with the bagels. As a native-New Yorker, I thought the bagels had a nice texture and were thoughtfully made.

Planned visit as I have often done, it is small but charming, personal and comfortable benches, less suitable for private conversations, my hit Spanish salami is no longer available, but there is a large selection of {bagels}, really good, all ingredients of your choice, yes I would like that Sm. more boss contact than guest, I'm old fashioned, I'll continue to make visits, thank you very much😋

I love the bagels with Caffè freddo!

If you don't want to walk here from the Main Train Station, you can catch line 12 all the way to the bus stop called "Mittelstrasse". Then you walk about 5 minutes and voilà, you have arrived. It is a small place but very cozy. The bagel with salmon was incredible! The staff member was very friendly too! A positive experience indeed.

Also vegans find delicious sweets! Splendid espresso.

Nice restaurant. Cozy and with a great vegetarian/vegan buffet, which changes from morning to lunch. There are also many gluten-free dishes. Payment is based on weight. It can get a bit crowded, especially around lunchtime, but you can usually still find a seat. In summer there is seating outside. In addition to the food, there are also delicious, partly vegan and/gluten-free cakes and muffins and great coffee and tea options. Overall, highly recommended.

If you want to stabilise your insulin levels before tackling the the sweet counter, the more substantial fare includes an array of filled bagels made from a selection of seven types of dough as well as organic soup in season. This is a cheery place to visit on a rainy day in Bern.

The bagels here are the best in town. You can choose main ingrediant, bagel type and sauce. In addition there are onions, tomato, salad, cucumber and capris in every bagel. The atmosphere is also quite lovely. Make sure to try the salmon bagel.

Bagels are excellent, but hazelnut cake is sublime. And - thank God - no WiFi.
