We enjoyed a great Christmas party at Turbo Lama. Food, drinks, DJ, ambience was great and contributed to the great atmosphere. Many thanks to the entire team!

Food is minimalistic and poorly cooked. At the end of the evening, I was starving. It was really dark and we couldn't see the faces of the other people. There were huge plants which impede access and the music was techno - for a Christmas event by the way. It was a catastrophic Christmas event. I don't recommend this place.

We had an event at Turbo Lama with around 100 guests. The organization and coordination was uncomplicated, the Turbo Lama was very flexible. The Turbo Lama team was very well prepared for the event, extremely friendly, in a good mood and had the service under control at all times. The cocktails were excellent & the food tasted delicious. I had the pleasure of celebrating my 40th birthday at Turbo Lama. It was an unforgettable evening! The cocktails were absolutely excellent and accompanied the evening perfectly. The food was very delicious and the creations were extremely creative. The service was outstanding; the staff was attentive, friendly and made us feel completely comfortable. My 40th birthday couldn't have been better. Many thanks to the Turbo Lama team for this wonderful experience! We will be back definitely.

Dark-haired waitress totally failed in her job. Treating guests in such an unfriendly way is unacceptable. And not for the first time. In the future I would rather spend my money in another restaurant

We spent an exciting day in and around the Turbo Lama as part of a photo shoot. In the morning we were welcomed with delicious chocolate croissants, fresh fruit and coffee and tea. During the day we used the Turbo Lama as a meeting and warm-up place. At lunchtime there was a delicious refreshment in the form of colorful bowls, menus and soups. The entire Turbo Lama team is very friendly, courteous and flexible. Thanks for the pleasant day!

Food communitarianism has struck again. There are worse, but it's hyper-processed/reheated frozen foods. Good for vegans and other vegetarians. But the name should be “Turbo Vegan”.

Excellent location for people who work nearby for their departure aperitif. The restaurant is vegan. The staff is quite unfriendly, aggressive and vengeful. In German we say: Kundenunfreundlichkeit.

Top location right next to the Wankdorf train station near the Stade de Suisse. A few minutes from the city by bus, tram or train, you can enjoy delicious vegan bowls at lunchtime, pinsas in the evening and a large selection of drinks, including your own creations. The team is welcoming, super nice, and very dog ​​friendly. Definitely worth a visit!

Very tasty and creative menus eaten so far. But I find the prices to be at the highest limit, if not higher. In addition, it quickly becomes unpleasantly loud inside when the restaurant fills up.

Was at the Turbo Lama again this evening after work. A beautiful place, with great food and good drinks, plus always casual and friendly service. However, today I HAVE to comment on something that is giving me a lot to think about. Not for the first time, my companion and I witness inadequate behavior from the bartender towards his teammates!!! The bartender keeps getting loud and disrespectful towards the other teammates! As a guest, I did not feel comfortable and would not tolerate such behavior. The waitress was visibly uncomfortable for a moment, but continued her work with a smile and friendliness. I think that if there is any discrepancy, it should NEVER be discussed in front of the customer. Because the bartender's behavior was very unprofessional!

To end the work week, I have a drink at Turbo Lama and feel relaxed. At Turbo Lama you will be served quickly, competently and in a casual, friendly manner. The aperitif dishes are ordered and served one or two. The atmosphere is right and the change to the weekend is successful. 👏

Very bad service. Ordered something and just want to get Wi-Fi, and the waitress refused to provide one and appear arrogantly and unfriendly (the one who wear pink glasses). What kind of restaurant/cafe is this can’t provide their customers Wi-Fi? And there is an actual wifi stated "Turbo Lama Kasse". Just so ridiculous. First time in my life went to a cafe/restaurant ordered something and can't get a Wifi, even been to a much lower-end cafes/ restaurants in Switzerland, everybody could provide one except this place. I will never coming back and have to avoid such place. If paying same amount of money there are much better options elsewhere. Unfriendly service + no wifi available.

Super local, fine vegan food, and even though there was so much going on today, we were always served immediately and in a friendly manner by our extremely friendly waitress, who had cool tattoos. We were also served by a younger, friendly person. She was also extremely attentive.

After a company outing we went to this restaurant for a beer, the beer and the service were great. OK. The surprise came when we asked for the bill, Turbo Lama doesn't accept cash! A no-go for me!

More ice cream than drink. The only thing you can order is beer. For all other drinks, the glasses are filled to the brim with ice.

Very cool lounge & bar, delicious drinks and snacks. It's just a shame that it's closed from 9 p.m. Often you don't arrive until around eight o'clock and after an hour you have to leave again. In summer the location would like to stay open a little longer (10:00 p.m./10:30 p.m.).

The Spicy Tuna Bowls have unfortunately been removed from the offering. “We are vegan…” was a rather disparaging comment. The prices for a lunch menu are rather high for such small portions.

Super trendy bar with a cozy atmosphere. The drinks menu is large and I think there is something for everyone. The personnel is very friendly and courteous. Thank you for that. The salads are great. We had the Caesar salad, the summer salad and the vegan variation. By the way, the meat is from Switzerland. So we come back to the terrace with merry people Beats to enjoy the end of the day.

Just worrying and super sad I came to the apero a week ago and consumed 2 aperols at the hefty price of 10 p.m., but the utmost disrespect, when we wanted to pay the employee said cheekily and arrogantly only with a credit card. There was no information anywhere When ordering, I said only with a credit card, then I would have gotten up without consuming anything, but when I paid, I simply said only with a card, which was extremely cheeky, since I didn't have a credit card. My companion had to pay with a card. I was ashamed to death and I will never visit this store again, I avoid places like that, they don't need it anyway🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨

The idea is very good. The reality needs improvement. My experience. I was there with colleagues and first had to spend 15 minutes registering so that I could then order. That without beer. A welcome beer for beginners would have been great. We were told that gmx email addresses do not work for registration. I tried my hotmail.com address. That did not work. I haven't received the registration email today. Luckily I have a second address that is not from Hotmail or GMX. I think the prices are high. 6.- a 3dl beer. In addition, I cannot choose whether I want a 5dl or 3dl. There is only a 3dl open bar. The decor is nice and modern and the service is friendly.

Cool place with super tasty cocktails, friendly service and fast, healthy food! I've been there twice and had an excellent experience both times. In the future I will go to Wankdorf for my cocktails.

Cool concept with the cashless! You order via the app and pay directly in the app. In our case, we unfortunately waited over an hour until one of my colleagues received his bowl. Mine and that of a colleague went under. About 1 hour and 20 minutes after ordering, we finally received our bowls. I had the bowl with salmon - unfortunately very disappointing. The rice was overcooked, the salmon seemed to be of very poor quality and had little flavor, the mango was unripe. A long way to go! The service was always very friendly, apologized for the circumstances and offered us a coffee. Let's see when the "Turbo" Lama settles down.

Very disappointed!!! I wanted to eat this lunch in this new place. I ordered through the online app and had asked the waitress how long the wait was (I was told 10 minutes). I received my "dish" after 30 minutes insisting on taking it away and it was the wrong one (ordered salmon and was served chicken!). No apologies from anyone. For an amount of CHF 23.50, it's outrageous! Learn to respect your customers. Signed, a very unhappy customer...

Cool location, cool decor, lots of nice people in service. But how can this concept work? New customer: sits down and is politely instructed how to place the order. Scan the QR code, install the app, browse the welcome menu in the app, select the location, order, drinks with or without alcohol, add to the shopping cart, select food “Signature Bowls” or “Plates/Tapas”, depending on the time of day, there is nothing, partly, or everything can be selected, in the shopping cart, at some point I have to deposit a credit card for direct debit (I saved myself). My order is then “delivered” to the table (target process if credit card is on file). By the time I dug through the app, I was a) starving and b) thirsty. The joke in the story is that I have never seen so many service staff in a restaurant of the same size, more or less waiting (another way of saying “standing around”) for something to be done. Well, maybe a shift change was possible. You can also shorten the whole thing and order, pay and collect directly at the bar (self-service). Two beers (bar, not large, just 3dl) 12 CHF, whether self-service or ordering via app. Apart from the person who tapped me the beers and collected the money, I did everything myself... for CHF 12. A “quick” after-work beer in a modern new (working) quarter in Bern ?Turbo Lama? Thank you, I'm served. I would still like the location and atmosphere, but the operating concept is not necessarily designed for someone in their mid-fifties who is otherwise more “it-savvy”.
