Great place, great good, great coffee and great staff!

A warm welcome, impeccable, attentive and authentic service, the best oat cappucino in Lucerne and the once again wonderful bowls and cakes made the perfect start to the weekend!

Were not greeted or served. It was an obvious ignore and then we left again. What we've noticed the previous times is that the service staff is almost certainly understaffed. The employees seem very unmotivated, which would explain the above-mentioned behavior. On a previous visit we had to wait 20 minutes before we could finally pay. Today was definitely our last time. We won't come anymore!

I ordered the yogurt bowl with fruit and granola. It turned out to be 95% yogurt and 5% toppings. I was really disappointed with the ratio of yogurt and toppings. I ended up not eating more than half of the bowl. The restaurant itself was really cute and the staff members were helpful in translating the menu to English for me. Coffee was decent as well. Maybe I’ll come back to try a different dish, but was disappointed in the yogurt bowl.

Dear restaurant team, It is with regret that I have to report a less than satisfactory experience in your establishment. My reservation was for 11:00 a.m. and we arrived as scheduled at 10:55 a.m. in hopes of still being able to enjoy breakfast. To our surprise, we were informed that the breakfast offer ends at exactly 11:00 a.m., information that was not communicated to us in advance either on your website or during the reservation process. This lack of information led to an unexpected restriction on our food choices. We were also disappointed by the reaction of your employee, who, despite the obvious confusion and disappointment on our part, showed little willingness to find a satisfactory solution to the situation that arose. I understand that every restaurant has certain policies, especially regarding serving times. However, I believe that clearly communicating these policies both on your website and during the booking process can help avoid misunderstandings. Likewise, flexible and customer-oriented behavior in unexpected situations is crucial for a positive catering experience. I hope that this feedback is taken as constructive criticism to ensure future guests have an even more pleasant experience. An adjustment in the communication of service times and an increased focus on customer orientation and service willingness could represent significant improvements.

Two Hands made it possible for us to have an anniversary aperitif in private with extremely delicious and fresh aperitifs and wonderful wines from Vinothek Hauser. You did a great job, thank you very much! Gladly again and again!

Quick summary: if you’re looking for a non-touristy place to relax and grab coffee, this place is it. What went right: the espresso and cappuccino were yummy. It was also quiet and just made for a very nice experience since it was a bit drizzly outside the day we went in. They even have swinging seats! Which leads me to my next point… What went wrong: you must get a reservation if you want seating by the window. I know, not ideal. Didn’t have many if any gluten-free options from what I could tell.

05.11.23 Swiss couple We came to this cafe following the post on Instagram. Places: Several parking spaces nearby and well located. 5.10min from the station on foot. Welcome: Very well decorated place, everything is very clear and super cute. It clearly made us want to stay even longer in the place. Food: Very good quality food. Lots of choice and everything is homemade. Small flaw: For the price it lacks quantity. A café for a very pleasant and friendly brunch, a must-do in Lucerne. I strongly advise. See you soon.

It's a shame that the children's area no longer exists. It was one of the few cafés with a play area in Lucerne so far, so we really appreciated this.

Unfortunately far too expensive! A flat white costs almost CHF 7.00, and the food is also too expensive for what you get. But the service is very attentive and the cafe is beautifully decorated.

A good welcome and drinks went quickly, but it took half an hour before we could order the food. The food was ok but relatively overpriced.

Two Hands is the perfect place in Lucerne to start the day! Friendly, attentive service and the menu has something for everyone. I recommend the ginger shot and the onsen egg.

More appearance than reality, unfortunately... the service wasn't great at all, there were very few customers and they forgot half of it. She brought goods that we didn't order. The food was ok. But where I was totally disappointed was the Aufback croissants that are not possible for the prices there. Unfortunately, the food is nothing and it's overpriced, but visually it's a great location.

A restaurant serving breakfast, characterized by a location close to the city center and beautiful indoor and outdoor seating. The food in general is good, but there is room for improvement. For example, the croissant was not of the appropriate quality, even though it is part of an expensive dish. As for the pancakes, their taste was predominantly buttery. As for the egg dish, it was delicious and up to the restaurant's standard.

Very good coffee shop and breakfast hangout. Only drawback is all the mothers, nannies and their children which are loud and obnoxious. They have a children's play area so I wouldn't recommend this place for young single people who don't like kids. (3 stars for the kids)

Very hip Brunch restaurant with swings and a cool menu. Drinks were great, I enjoyed the matcha latte with coconut milk. For food we ordered both the avocado toast and porridge. The porridge by far was the winner - given the delicious almond butter in the dish. The avocado toast was a bit of a let down - the flavours didn't come together well and the bread was too hard to cut even with a bread knife given. It could have been seasoned better and perhaps needed a spruce of lemon to liven the flavours up a bit.

I used to love this place when I moved to Luzern 2 years ago. But lately I think they ve becoming too arrogant, no smile, too rude. The cappuccino is cold and it is getting worse. I am so sad and disappointed about this situation but we have to do something.

Very nice restaurant, nice atmosphere. In a prime location in the middle of the new town. I was very positively surprised by the offer. It would be really nice if people served with joy and warmth. I missed that. The homemade iced tea is super delicious, the veggie sandwich with dark ciabatta is extremely tasty. I will definitely come again.

Wonderful place for breakfast, with a great selection of options beyond your usual pastries. Well presented, delicious, and great vibe to the restaurant. I'd recommend having breakfast here if you find yourself in Lucerne. As a traveler, the hotel breakfasts get old, and this was a great break.

Well... you can also get good espresso elsewhere in Lucerne. You can also find the fine things on offer in other cafés in Lucerne. The staff decides on the guest's charisma and willingness to come back. What I noticeably miss here is the sense of “desire for guests”, joy in looking after them and the friendliness of the staff at the front! Hi guys; Hospitality is not a post office!! On each visit there wasn't much going on; So it wasn't due to stress. It's a shame, this was definitely my last visit here.

This was one of the best pancakes I have eaten, they were amazingly good!! We all ordered different brunch things and were all very good! Drinks were also excellent! The atmosphere was good, but vey full at brunch time. Still, the personel helped us find a table after a while of having to be at the side bar. I would love to come back to try more of their options!

The restaurant has a friendly atmosphere and the service is above average. The dishes are mostly not very adventurous but they were tasty and well presented. The only remark is that the menu was a bit pricey considering the portion's size.

We booked the swing seats in advance since there are only 2 tables with swing seats and it was for Saturday afternoon. Friendly staff, no problem speaking English. We enjoyed our drink and cakes. My daughter really had fun since there is also a play area for children. We will definitely come back next time for trying the breakfast.

Good food for brunch - but just really more expensive than others in comparison.

The service welcomed us very friendly and we were always served quickly. I can recommend the coconut latte macchiato, a good sweetness and a light coconut note. If you love avocado, avocado bread with egg is highly recommended. Top!!!

Very expensive! They charge you for every slice of bread (1.5 chf) and the slices are really small or different sizes. Service ok, but a lady was very unfriendly when we asked about an extra charge of coffee, one of our coffees where very light compared with the other ones we had, she didn’t wanted to hear us just said… you have to pay for an extra charge! (We agree, but definitely not coming back!)

It's a cozy cafe with modern decor and a fun vibe. We have been there a couple of times and the food and coffee are ok. The cafe also has a play area for young kids, which is convenient for some parents. We ordered cous-cous, salad, which was fresh. Matcha was sub-par, and the soup of the day was too sweet for me. In our earlier visit, we ordered pancakes, which were average too. Might go back for it's ambience! Super cool.

Great place for a cozy get-together, whether with friends or family. Very child-friendly, play area and good changing table available (also for fathers/men, as the wheelchair toilet is gender-neutral). There is the perfect coffee, fresh and delicious cakes, good lunch menus (but difficult if you have allergies). When the place is full it is quite loud.
