Nel portarci l amuse bouche, lo mette in tavola e gira sui tacchi. Alla nostra richiesta di sapere in che cosa consistesse ci risponde "lo portiamo a tutti". Gentile (?) signorina, sappiamo che cos'é un amuse bouche. Volevamo semplicemente sapere cosa ci fosse nel piatto! Risposta maleducata anche in seguito, al servizio dell'antipasto. Tris di pesce senza particolare gusto (e qualche dubbio sulla reale provenienza dei gamberi..quelli di Mazzara mangiati, spesso, hanno altro gusto, colore e consistenza...), sogliola un po' gommosa ma tutto sommato buona. Vongole...buone perché son buone le vongole ma...assolutamente insipide. Mi dispiace tantissimo, spero sia stata una serata NO, di quelle che possono capitare. Spero di leggere future recensioni che smentiscano questa mia, così da tornare e scrivere, di nuovo, una recensione a quattro stelle come quelle del passato. Forza!

Schon mehrmals waren wir im Restaurant Vela Bianka am Yachthaven von Ascona .Das Restaurant verfügt über eine sehr große Sonnenterrasse mit Blick auf den Hafen und den See. Große Panoramafenster lassen sehr viel Licht in das modern designte Innere. Der Service ist äußerst freundlich und sehr aufmerksam und ist bemüht die Gäste soweit möglich in ihrer Landessprache anzusprechen .Das Essen ist extrem frisch und bietet neben internationalen auch lokale regionale Produkte , wie z.B. fangfrischer Fisch aus dem See . Die Portionen sind reichlich und stehen in einem für die Schweiz angemessenem Preis-Leistungsverhältniss . Neben einem internationalem Weinangebot werden viele sehr gute regionale Weine aus der Schweiz angeboten . Ein Lokal was Freude macht !

In un sabato di iniziò autunno, giornata magnifica, nel mezzo di una bella passeggiata, abbiamo deciso di fermarci in questo bel ristorante con una magnifica terrazza sul lago. Siamo stati accolti con molta gentilezza e accuratezza, abbiamo mangiato bene e genuino, prezzi nella norma. Riassumendo: servizio ottimo e cucina pure. Lo consiglio molto!
