Viktor in Bern

I go to Viktor once a week and have a drink. Ambiance great, beautiful interior (including toilet) and the staff is ALWAYS very nice. A highlight for me every week. Thanks.

Spontaneously decided on this cafe bar for a get-together. The advice about self-service came from the companion. Good for chattering and sitting on with older fur pads. The points deducted are for the overpriced Riesling, which only costs half as much at the SBB. Even if Bern - 51 CHF for 5 dl of white wine… No thanks!

Convenient cafe for a chat. Drink selection rather special. Not super romantic at Viktoriakreuzung. Perfect for small talk among friends.

Uncalibrated glasses (5dl seem rather smaller). Unmotivated and unfriendly staff (perhaps just because they were getting off work soon?!). The last round was not announced and we didn't receive a drink 20 minutes before closing. It's a shame for the great location

Nice ambience, espressio was a ristretto of just a sip of good coffee, but the price was clearly overpriced for this minimally unsaturating liquid. In addition, the service was not particularly courteous. What a shame for the great infrastructure!

Uncomfortable place. For some reason the tables are divided for those who eat and those who drink.. They didn’t give a menu.. You could only pay in cash, which is very inconvenient in a tourist place. We won’t come again..

Modern food, nice ambiance, really great terrasse. The perfect place for an apéro in Breitsch in Summer.

Sunday visit with friends and kids. Had enough room, unfortunately there wasn't anything edible available... I mean, something sweet or savory early afternoon would definitely not be bad to offer. The prices are rather high.

The food is good, the service is polite and helpful, and the location is central. In terms of equipment, you could almost think you were in an Apple Store, with the cloud above the counter. The prices are also roughly according to the Apple scheme

At lunch I had the choice between a mushroom slice and lentil-filled samosas. The decision for the samosas was right! Super tasty, even though I'm not a lentil fan. Garnished with salad and accompanied by two sauces. Top service and very friendly restaurant! I'll be back, no question!

I don't know the food. However, the restaurant is also attractive for coffee, snacks and drinks. You feel equally comfortable indoors and outdoors. During my visits the service was attentive and friendly. Recommended for brunch, after-work beer and more.

The Egg Viktor are highly recommended, especially the fish version. The service was super friendly, a relief.

A visit for coffee is worthwhile. However, there are very long waiting times before you are served, as the service increasingly does not serve you in sequence. This has been confirmed to me several times. I hope this feedback is processed internally and doesn't end up in the trash can. It would be great if I noticed improvements in the next few weeks. Also informative for guests: If you're really hungry, you'll need several menus.

Unfortunately it was way too expensive and you had to wait too long.

What an experience!!! For a few weeks now, my friends have been telling me about this wonderful mix of coffee house and bar that opened in our neighborhood. Today the time had finally come and I decided to give it a chance, and I can say I wasn't disappointed. My expectations were even exceeded!!! I was greeted by this apparently incredibly loving barista, who made me the most beautiful coffee in ages, with seahorses, my favorite animal!!! I give the coffee five out of five stars, also because of the excellent milk craftsmanship. It had a wonderful consistency coupled with a truly unique taste. New favorite place. Best coffee in town. Wonderful owners. A coherent concept. Selected products from conscious producers. Nice table top. A huge enrichment for Bern. Viktor has to stay forever.

Cool urban eatery. Breakfast is very good, the entire selection is ok. Condition sympathetic (despite stress). It's a shame that no fruit juice is offered...

Best coffee we had during our recent four-week stay in Switzerland. As Swiss expats living in Australia, we were delighted to come across Viktor (located in our old Breitenrain neighbourhood). Their cappuccino was simply divine. Hope they offer a flat white next time we're in town ;)

Very nice, great and stylish bistro/bar. I think it's great that you opened it! The staff is very friendly and you get what you want. Here you can enjoy your wine or beer beautifully and relaxed in the sun. I will gladly come again! :-)

The best location in the city! Regional food, great coffee, beer and wine on tap (no joke) and awesome drinks (also lovely non-alcoholic) options. And on weekends they serve the legendary "Geile Eier".
