Atypical ! What a pleasure to enter this place, the interior is calm, very calm, it can be unsettling at first, but it is very pleasant. Silence allows us to appreciate the difference in things, the pleasure of chatting with friends, of eating quietly, The Ethiopian buffet was above my expectations, it was delicious, and even better than in some specialized restaurants, Bravo!, I would go back for this dish. The way of communicating with signs and non-verbal is interesting and allows you to get used to, dialogue with these two tools, Thanks to the team, see you soon

The concept is excellent, it creates a link between the hearing impaired and the non-hearing impaired. Delicious meal, quickly served, pleasant setting and fair price. I will come back and recommend this place to my loved ones! Well done !

Simple and good food, a quiet and relaxing place

First time in this restaurant. Excellent initiative to have created this place for people with hearing problems. The waitress was very friendly. On the other hand, my disappointment was great with the food: burger with cold bread, with pickle even though I had asked without, really ridiculous quantity of fries (in a small basket). Maybe the cook wasn't the same as usual. Damage ! We came last Saturday evening

One year since Vroom was inaugurated and being a highly regular customer, I can certify that this restaurant is a gold mine in commercial jargon. The cuisine is varied, you can even enjoy a delicious Eritrean buffet concocted by the owner himself (check with the daily menus)! The food is very tasty. The atmosphere is calm and that is greatly appreciated. The staff is very friendly with the customers and also very cheerful. Very nice place also for after works, with delicious cocktails and the tapas are also of very high quality. The prices are fair and it contributes to a good cause for the foundation of hearing impaired people in Geneva. A real pleasure of sharing to get to know each other and communicate despite the small barrier. I highly recommend !

The +: Original concept and to be encouraged. Very friendly staff. Small but interesting map. Homemade dishes (particularly delicious hamburgers). Very reasonable prices (especially the daily specials). Correct portions too. THE - Waiting time too long (half an hour for a basic starter and an hour for a main course). Sometimes, the content and ingredients of the dishes served do not completely correspond to what is announced on the menu (a "mixed" salad with two slices of tomato... and a "vegetable"flamekuche with only onions... ). Atmosphere and decor to improve.

The vegetarian pasta pesto dish was absolutely delicious!

You discover LSF (French sign language) people are deaf and hearing. Great👍

Very pleasant place. Exceptional staff who are very attentive to their customers. No communication problems, we were even very happy to be able to communicate with everyone and learned lots of new words. I highly recommend eating there. Excellent food (vroom hamburger, beef steak and nuggets children's menu) REAL fries and vegetables a treat! Also suitable for children of all ages, child seat and changing area in the toilet. We will come back without hesitation!

Very bad experience. It was 45 minutes after our order that the waitress told us that the dish requested was in fact not available! So I don't eat anything because I don't have any more time. I am billed for my syrup despite this. Unacceptable!

We had a great time at Vroom. The meal was fresh, delicious and plentiful. The menu was interesting and varied. The service was excellent, very pleasant and helpful. A real pleasure! Very friendly staff, delicious food and with a lot of passion they tried to bring sign language closer to people who can hear sign language. I would recommend a visit to Vroom to everyone!

I went to dinner yesterday at VROOM and it was a really nice evening. The staff is friendly and smiling and we manage to understand each other very well. The boss's smile is truly contagious. A big thank you also for the generosity as an aperitif offered after we had spilled a spritz. The food is excellent, both the hummus and the burger. The only downside is that there are three dishes offered, two and two burgers. There are more choices on the site. But maybe because we are in vacation time. It is with great pleasure that I will return there :)

A wonderful place of inclusion where you eat well!

The setting is very pleasant, the team adorable and very smiling; I really appreciated the activities offered and the kindness of the servers. The food wasn't bad but I think this point can still be improved; the quality of certain foods left something to be desired for me. Overall, I highly recommend trying this experience!

We had a pleasant time at Vroom, quiet restaurant, large choice of dishes (including vegetarian), the staff is very friendly and warm. We also appreciated the concept of this establishment which is run by deaf and hard of hearing people, with the aim of raising awareness of this disability. Well done to them!

Very nice to discover this new restaurant well located in Geneva (15 minutes walk from the train station). The concept is really good and allows you to meet the disability of deafness and “tame” it in a very pleasant and positive setting. The place is warm, the space is nicely arranged and designed for a hearing-impaired audience, the dishes have been chosen with taste. It's not always easy to communicate with staff when you don't speak sign language, but with an open attitude, a willingness to learn thanks to the alphabet distributed and smiles, you always get there :) In terms of food, the menu is quite small but there is still something for everyone and I imagine that it will perhaps expand over time. The wait was a bit long. But in summary, a very nice experience, a warm welcome, a well-thought-out concept and right to the end! Congratulations to the entire Vroom team for your perseverance in this project, the pandemic delayed the opening but you didn't give up and it was worth it :)

Great restaurant just starting out and run by an active person of the deaf community. Very relaxing and quiet...

Very quiet, welcoming place and the staff are really lovely. The food is excellent, varied and the products are fresh! As a (hearing) student for 4 years in LSF, I was able to practice and above all meet great people. :-) Ps: this restaurant is suitable for EVERYONE!!! So go and discover this magnificent place!!

What can I say 😉 excellent idea and what an initiative to integrate the difference of the invisible “mute” Disability, which is deafness. Caroline, hearing and knowing sign language, welcomes us with kindness and takes the time to answer our questions. The prices are fair, the dishes are good and well presented. What a great idea and initiative 😉👌👌👌👩‍🍳 Vroom restaurant run by deaf people 🧏‍♂️ but we don't make a difference between hearing, hard of hearing and deaf. We learn some signs from sign language. Caroline, the hearing person, who also communicates with the team using sign language, welcomes us kindly and answers our questions. Thank you to the whole team for your smile. The cooking is good.
