This is absolutely the worst pizza I have ever eaten. - Dough is thin and hard - Sugo doesn't taste like anything In addition, a lasagne was ordered at our table which was dry and too salty. I'm surprised that this restaurant has so many reviews when the food is really bad.

We have eaten at the Weisses Kreuz many times and have always been very satisfied. We have eaten Tortelloni Alfredo many times and have always loved it. Unfortunately you have now changed the recipe, which I think is a shame because now they are no longer special!

Nice atmosphere, full house Saturday evening. Despite the large number of guests, service was very prompt and the food came quickly. Sure, the personal contact with the waiter was a bit brief, but that was a minor matter. Was delicious. Gladly again.

We arrived in Lucerne on Valentine’s Day and we couldn’t find anywhere to eat as everything was booked up. This restaurant was also booked, but the kind female manager had a small 45 minute window and offered us a table. We were served quickly, but we didn’t feel rushed. The other team members were very friendly and extremely kind to my son, which we appreciated. The food and drink were great. The portions were sizeable and coming from the UK the prices were reasonable.

Pizza and pasta are both delicious. Italia piccante I ordered Italian piccante and carbonara. The staff are very friendly. The interior is clean and the price is reasonable and not expensive. It's located relatively centrally, but it's not crowded and the atmosphere is nice. They recognized me right away as Korean, right? Anyway, it was good. I recommend this Lucerne pizza restaurant. Pizza for lunch was very good. Service correct. Prices are extremely high even by Swiss standards (CHF 24.00 for a simple pizza and CHF 6.20 for a small beer). A pity!

The service is a disaster. The food is slammed onto the table in an unfriendly manner and orders are taken incorrectly. The meat was almost raw inside instead of medium rare. The risotto was bland. The pappardelle were good. The price is clearly too high.

Great restaurant with fantastic risotti. Boletus Champion in particular is highly recommended. We also had fantastic Bolgheri Rosso Riserva. Top! The service was friendly, but also hectic (it was very busy). The ambience is simple yet appealing. Highly recommended.

Watched our server mix someone else’s beer with water, weren’t ever checked on, and we got charged for tap water. Only good thing is it’s open on holidays

We ate spaghetti with tomato sauce (abundant) and a gorgonzola pizza, it was a little thin and full of mozzarella but all in all good. Very friendly and helpful staff, they also speak Italian. Restaurant in the center. Absolutely recommended! 👍🏻

I have to say I haven't experienced anything like that in a long time!! The service was bottom drawer! You are ignored, treated rudely and food is almost thrown at you. Ambiance was OK. But absolutely not recommended!

We were treated badly because we wanted to have lunch with our 4 year old son. When I made the reservation I asked to eat in the front area where there was daylight. They then wanted to take us to the dark basement room. Very disappointing! We are already good guests and have already left a lot of money in this restaurant. The service and flexibility is catastrophic. There was also no response when we left the restaurant without food. So children are not welcome!!!

Absolutely and highly recommended! We were there with a large group (18 people) and were able to change places at short notice. Our incredibly charming and warm service coordinated our evening perfectly and professionally. The food is impeccable, the pizzas are great and the wine list is extensive and convincing. Highly recommended and a big thank you again to the whole team, we had a really great evening with you.

Wow what an experience. We were recommended the restaurant for great pizzas and that's exactly what we got! Very tasty pizza with a lot on it! Top! The service was also very friendly and pleasant. We sat outside in the alley between the wonderful houses. It was a wonderful atmosphere! I can only recommend it.

Bad service, talking loudly is like swearing. He yelled at me loudly in front of all the other customers because I didn't understand him. he is impatient. This is very embarrassing for me and I can hear very well, they don't have to speak so loudly. I was scared when he talked to me like that.

Ok for a pizza but the service lacks attention and friendliness. Food does the job though. They also have limits on free tap water, even if with kids. A little crazy when you're about to order a pricey dinner and drinks. Only a few shortsighted restaurants seem to do this so I'd try to find those instead, even if it's just on principle.

Wow~~ The best pizza restaurant in my life. It was a pizza called Pollo, and it was the best.. The pasta was also delicious.. And yet, it wasn't that expensive for Switzerland.. About 65 francs for two.. Beer and drinks included..

Great Italian food. We had the risotto and the spaghetti Vongole. Very nice indeed. Some nice Italian wines, also in half bottles (e.g. a Barbera d'Asti). Good, speedy service. When crowded can be a bit noisy.

Everything to your complete satisfaction. The staff is very nice and as courteous as you could wish for.

Pizzas with natural and quality ingredients. Very good taste. The arugula, Parma, tomato and mascarpone very appetizing. Maybe the dough could be improved to be a 10 pizza. Prices are not cheap but they are on average for the area.

Our reservation was not accommodated. Came over for nothing.

We stopped at this restaurant for a lunch. There were both indoor and outdoor seating available. We sat at an outdoor table. Though the place did not appear to be crowded, the service was somewhat slow. My al forno pizza piece tasted good, but my husband discovered a human hair on his piece, which was unacceptable. Just be aware, there is a surcharge on sharing a pizza that is easy to overlook when you make an order. We did not see it and were surprised by a larger price on the check. We also ordered two soups. The tortellini soup tasted like an ordinary bouillon cube mixed with some water. There were only three tiny tortellinis in this soup mix and nothing else - far below any expectations for a fairly expensive soup. The tortellinis themselves tasted plain and unexciting. Overall, a disappointing lunch experience.

Very good Italian restaurants in Lucerne, the pizzas are among the best in the city. There are many Italian classics on the menu, not just pizza and pasta. Service was nice even when stressed. In summer the tables are set romantically in the alleys behind the restaurant.

Sub-par pizza and hidden fees on top on the menu price (if you share the pizza, you pay more). Not sure how they are able to get away with this.

The worst service ever, the waiter is not welcoming. We are asked the waiter to suggest the best pizza however been told off by him to just tell what we like. And he is not even recommending any food & being rude by cutting us out when we speak. Nevertheless the good is good. Just disappointed with the waiter guy tall with slightly bad hair. The name is hidden so cant see.

8 of us went to the restaurant for lunch after the main meal time at 1 p.m. Four people sat down next to us at 1:20 p.m. They had received the starter and main course before us and had finally already paid when the first four people from us received their pizza (after 50 minutes!). We thought our food would come, but it took another 10 minutes to arrive. One person had already finished eating when we received our food. The only excuse was that the pizzaiolo was too fast. Impudence! The food itself was very good, but the service was unfortunately unsatisfactory.

Aldi products generally perform well to very well in tests. And all this at very advantageous prices. After entering the market, Aldi adapted very quickly to the needs of Swiss consumers. I am really impressed. However, you don't always get what you're looking for, even though the range has already been expanded for a hard discounter. Example: Potato powder is currently very expensive to purchase in Germany, which is why there is currently no potato powder (April/May 2023). Very annoying! You don't hear the real reason from the staff. You are forced to stop by Coop or Migros and lose time. So currently almost 4 stars.

Stopped in on a quiet Sunday, had some nice pizza and bruschetta (lovely) Venue is nice, quite close to the famous bridge, can't speak to most of the menu but pizza is a safe bet, not crazy crazy good but very nice and fast to table.

Very good pizza from the wood oven. Thin dough. This is exactly how a real pizza should be.
