Great food and service, highly recommend!

Best currywurst around when I'm in Zurich, a visit is a must ☺️

Unfortunately I can't rate the bratwursts because I stood at the counter for 10 minutes and wasn't served. I had to ask a few times if I could order and was put off waiting without looking at me. Very unfriendly lady. Even if the restaurant is full, this shouldn't happen. Okay, then back to the Sternen Grill.

Good tasty sausage and fries. My server was friendly, but became a bit huffy when he brought me the wrong order (due to a language misunderstanding), and I had to send it back. My advice to non-native German speakers is to make sure you know what you’re ordering!

Very quick and fast. Very good vegan curry sausage, with a spicy, tasty sauce if desired. The normal sauce is also nice and fruity. Really delicious

Food is a 10. Lots of options, tasty, and they even have a decent student discount. Love that.

I haven't been here for a long time. The Classic Sauce was way too spicy for me personally. But the currywurst is still one of the best.

One star deduction because you now have to pay for ketchup/mayo in sachets and no longer get the bottles on the table. Also creates more waste.

Delicious sausage and sauces. Whether classic, fruity or spicy, everything is very balanced. Salad large, fresh and crunchy. The location is simply but creatively decorated. I'd love to come back.

The vegan options are great, I especially recommend the homemade vegan mayo. The price-performance ratio is also right. And if you don't let yourself be irritated by the unfriendly and unmotivated gentleman who regularly stands at the bar, everything is great.

Super nice, clean location and delicious currywurst

Been here many times because the currywurst is very tasty. But both quality and service have deteriorated extremely. Staff rude, I was with a stroller and he didn't bother to help me or hold the door open even though it was obvious that I was having difficulty carrying the stroller up and down the stairs. And the fries smelled and tasted like old grease. Unfortunately no longer recommended...

Quite good bratwurst (not St. Gallen; probably the best in the area, but by no means the best in Zurich) served with top-class bread and run-of-the-mill mustard on cardboard; Plus a can of Coke (without a glass or cup) for a whopping CHF 13.00! If you now assume a purchase value of CHF 3.50 (calculated generously), you would get a factor of 3.71 on the final price, which is simply too much for fast food on cardboard in a self-service shop. Would it still be something special, but like that? For a bratwurst with mustard and bread? By the way, the service at the counter was very friendly and helpful. So he gave me all three curry sauces to try, which in my opinion tasted interesting and good, but didn't go well with bratwurst (Indian/Tamil; more suitable for lamb or poultry). Conclusion: A good alternative to kebabs, burgers and the like, but expensive. Too expensive, I think.

Went to Wurst&Moritz yesterday. The food is good but the service is very listless and shows no desire to work. That's a shame because it ruins the whole experience.

Great little place for some wurst. Perfect for a quick stop and a decent bite to eat. Not too expensive in here either and very tasty wurst. Nice to sit down in with a relaxed friendly atmosphere.

In this scene, the two guests with the drinks would have had to wait about 1 minute longer for their drinks - whether they would have even noticed it is doubtful ;o) Everyone can imagine what scene happened ;o) Actually a TOP restaurant, only with such staff...

Hey the best (vegan) currywurst in Zurich. It would be even better if there were chili flakes (or are they even there?). Otherwise always nice, relaxed employees and simply a meeting place thanks to the huge table in the middle.

Currywurst tastes very good. It felt like they were making their own sausages here rather than buying meat. The price range is really reasonable for this price in Zurich! If you like German sausage, be sure to stop by!

I don't eat meat, but I still found something for myself, very pleasant service, decor with a concept around sausages and a comic book character called Moritz (I think so). For a restaurant serving a single product. I highly recommend it due to the quality of both the classic sausage and the vegetarian option. We were served very quickly.

The currywurst is good, but the staff is very unfriendly. It's a real shame that the location in Bern no longer exists. That was better.

The currywurst is great, I particularly like the fruity sauce. But the guy at the counter is really very unpleasant! Unfortunately, this makes the whole eating experience much worse. The food is at least good enough that I still come here every now and then and am always annoyed with him :'D

The currywurst is good, but way too expensive. The prices kept increasing and for me the price/performance ratio is no longer right. You even have to pay for mayonnaise and ketchup separately, which is a no-go!

The food is very good here, but the prices for fast food are quite reasonable. But you can definitely go there.

Sausage and fries were okay. The hot sauce had a strange taste that I didn't like. What bothered me the most, however, was the employee who kept asking if I was finished. There was more than enough free seating, it wasn't like I was stopping other guests from eating. He came by every few minutes and asked "Are you still on it? Are you ready?" as if he wanted to get rid of us as quickly as possible.

Once again I was really craving a curry sausage and was looking for a location as I entered the HB. After a 1/2 hour walk I reached the destination and was not disappointed. I ordered the regular sausage. It was very good, without skin (which I don't like that much) and nice fries. The boss brought me a second hotter sauce to try. Everything was super tasty. I'll be back.

Ok, but vegan sausage wasn't our thing

As expected, a sturdy currywurst in a decent portion. Fries were twice fried - this is reflected in the greasiness. Currywurst itself grilled absolutely black - bitter burnt flavors penetrate and spoil the eating experience. Otherwise it would actually be worth recommending, cute furnishings and tables on the side.

I haven't been to you for 10 years and it tastes like it did on the first day. Super good. Now I won't wait 10 years

Ordered the Moritz Auf der Gasse which is just the sausage, fries and beer. For 17 francs, Zurich you can't go wrong. The food was very tasty. The service wasn't very hospitable. They were busy and I understand the gentleman had to juggle multiple tasks but a little kindness goes a long way. Come for the food not the hospitality.

Great culinary experience, with friendly service On a Friday evening, me and my partner went to Wurst und Moritz on Escherwysplatz. As soon as we entered, the friendly employee in his mid-twenties welcomed us with an open, courteous manner that is rarely found in Zurich. On the recommendation of the employee, we then ate the pork sausage with fries, which was very tasty and authentically prepared. As a tried and tested Berlin currywurst connoisseur, I immediately felt like I was back in my home country. Finally, a great evening with fine, down-to-earth cuisine and great service. Would love to come eat here again!!

The currywurst tasted good, almost like an original Berlin currywurst. Only for the price the portion was a bit small and could have had more pieces in it. Otherwise the location was top.

Fries are always crispy and delicious. It's nice that there are 100% veal sausages. Employees are mostly friendly.
