very good sushi, but my points were not counted

The specially ordered shrimp tempura were served cold on the grounds that they had been made for a while and had already gone through a few rounds. Chicken soup that was then ordered was served with the waiter's thumb in the soup.

It is an amazing place and we like to come there at least once a week. What we enjoy the most is the people who work there, you may definitely see that it is a real TEAM, they support each other, they communicate nicely and the things are done smoothly. Yesterday I popped in 10 minutes before closing and they were very kind to prepare a dish for me, although I understand that it was already time for them to clean up and close the kitchen. Thank you very much ❤️ You are amazing 😘

Absolutely incredible. Usually a little crowded but the quality of the food and the service are worth it. It's also rather cheap for the quality you're getting. I mean it Is expensive but what isn't in zurich :)

Surprisingly found space on Saturday evening on the "running band". selection & quality very good. Service staff very helpful in determining the indicated allergies, e.g. gluten!! therefore some vegi/vegan offers!

Ordered Chicken Noodle and received a soup with 🐟, the front person is not trained in customer service. With a bit of training they could have more customers, as today the upper floor is almost entirely empty 🤔

Who would have thought that I would eat the best sushi of my life in Switzerland. Top service and the price-performance ratio is bombastic. I will definitely come back next time I'm in Switzerland! Also perfect for families and allergy sufferers, the staff were able to answer any questions we had about ingredients without hesitation and seated us so that we could enjoy our evening without any restrictions. Top!

Way too expensive, and the quantity way too low, for instance bento, the rice is not covering the whole surface, so in the end I was still super hungry after I spent 22.90CHF on a bento box. Really disappointing. I understand the fish is expensive, but the rice...

Great concept with the roller band and the paint plates. The selection is large and availability is good. I really enjoy eating here. The employees are friendly and prompt. This is how sushi is fun including plum wine. Always happy to come back. Update January 5, 2024 Was here again and enjoyed the large selection that is available. Thanks for the great lunch. I like the atmosphere of the place. Authentic. Ramen is very delicious. Big variety of sushis . I drink Jasmine rice beer. It has very silky taste.

Good food but high (swiss) prices

The sushi is top. The service too. Unfortunately there is a regular draft down at Kaiten. Probably because the door upstairs is open almost all the time. That's too bad.

I didn't arrive at the kaiten until 8:09 p.m. on Sunday, but at 8:28 p.m. they practically cleared the kaiten

Nothing special about the place. If you need something quick to eat, sure! Very expensive and the food was not that good. Staffs were not that helpful either. A bowl of ramen it was like $32 and wasn’t good.

Ate in the restaurant. The take-away sushi had become a bit dry. Otherwise delicious and lots of choice. However, very expensive.

The place is very cute, on the lower floor you can take freshly prepared food from the conveyor belt, scan it and eat it. In the entrance area you can order something at the cash register and have it delivered to your table. The personnel is very friendly and courteous. Price performance is right in my opinion. I enjoyed it and had a pleasant evening. Thanks

How is it possible to produce sushi with more than 10 ingredients, some of which are harmful?

The food was very fine. Unfortunately the toilet facility was very dirty! I reported this - but unfortunately nothing was done.

We came with children, everyone had a delicious meal. Surprisingly, my 5-year-old son really liked the shrimp tempura. Clean, interesting and atmospheric.

I had a quick meal there in the evening after work and had the feeling that the sushi had been on the conveyor belt all day. The quality was therefore below average. The miso soup was a bit better, but also rather bland. In my opinion, the comparatively high prices are not justified at all. The service is at least reasonably courteous.

The sushi seems fresh and has a delicious taste. However, it’s a bit disappointed with the customer service. The employees who are responsible for seating guests and taking drink orders didn't come across as very friendly. It would have been nice to receive a warmer welcome. However while the food was tasty, the portions were relatively small compared to the prices. It felt like you were paying a premium for what you got. Overall, I enjoyed the food but wish there was a bit more value for the money and balance in between what you get and what you pay. Also really unusual that the small screen that it’s supposed to give you the infos about the food (including prices for what they said) was casually not working and didn’t show any price at all. However, a good experience overall.

Visited here for the first time. I would love to come back. 😁😁😁😊😊😊😊😊 I've never seen the sushi band live, I think it's great. Atmosphere very good, furnishings seem bright and friendly. I felt like I was in Japan. The sushi on the run has different plate colors as mentioned in the previous post, these indicate the prices. I had another szppe which was prepared very quickly and was also very tasty. However, you couldn't make it a bit spicier to my taste, but that's complaining on a high level. The wasabi is OK for European standards. Asians want a little more but I think too spicy isn't good either. Which I find very positive. You can order on the touchpad at the table, call a waitress, look at the dishes and order them. It's very quick and when you call the service they come in no time. Note 1 I find the price-performance ratio to be fair when it comes to the quality, service and ambience. It tasted very good and I'm looking forward to the next visit. See you next time.

Sushi on a track! I had never tried this before, very nice sushi even if I have had better. But it added extra to the experience with the tracks. Staff was great and helpful and quickly offered to help or make sure to make you the dish you want if it's missing on the track!

Favorit sushi restaurant in the whole World!! I love the Avocado+Mango Rainbow or the Samon+Mango Rainbow one!!! It has some cool games that our little ones do not get board!!!

Good sushi at fair prices. Buy takeaway there often. Always fresh. Unfortunately there is a lot of waste because everything is wrapped in plastic. Might be reconsidered. We've never been to Running Sushi before, but we'll do it again.

We went for dinner around 8:15 pm we ordered a few plates and noticed the quality was very poor, the sushi were not well finished or destroyed or even missing ingredients so we realised that they were not preparing them but they were opening the packages that were on sale on the ground floor. We ate what we ordered and left. However, we mentioned the fact to the cashier who said yeah sometimes they don't have enough... that's really a no go for the price that they charge and don't even offer a discount for the poor quality they provide... don't recommend it at all!

I'm not much of a sushi person but it's true that they are very good. It's true that it's a bit expensive like everything else in Switzerland, but stop by, it's worth the detour.

The sushi that my partner ordered were not what I expected and there was one that smelled bad and tasted bad, I gave my salad a 4/10 because it was not very good nor was it that fresh. Very nice presentation but the food is not that good.

Nice selection of Sushi in the Sushi bar. Sushi can also be ordered with a tablet device. Some dishes a bit pricey...

We like this sushi Bar. It's quite expensive, that's why 4 stars. I spent 80 fr for 1 adult and 2 kids meal (one of them is 7, and it's the simplest vegi sushi). But still enjoyed our stay. We come back.

Delicious bean curd soba noodles

I was here to enjoy dinner. The treadmill offers many varieties of sushi. You can place the small plates on a so-called information point and get details about the meal. The service is quick and nice. However, this is only used when it comes to ordering or paying for drinks. Self-service is the order of the day when it comes to eating.

My first and last time. Never again. For these expenses one can just as well dine at a decent Japanese restaurant. The food was edible but still really bad. Whoever has had true Japanese sushi will never want to eat there. I gave it a shot but it was a mere waste of money. At least the cucumber wakame salad was fresh and crunchy but the sushi rice was terrible. Quality in general is tolerable when considering that it’s fast food but all in all it’s an insult to these precious ingredients and an affront to Japanese cuisine. Besides the plastic waste produced in only one meal is heartbreaking. The chain does not care, nor consider environmental pollution issues at all. NEVER AGAIN NOT RECOMMENDABLE WASTE OF MONEY

The food tastes good, the sushi just seems like it was shook around or not handled properly. I recommend the chicken noodle soup, which was very tasty and price worthy.

Informal Asian cuisine restaurant. At the entrance there is a large refrigerated counter with various packs of sushi and bento boxes ready to take away. You can also order hot dishes such as noodles and soups which are served quite quickly. I tried the miso soup, you can choose the type of noodles and proteins. I liked it alot. It's also a great place for an aperitif while waiting for the train.

Hello, we didn't know where to eat because everything was occupied. Sales were good but the sushi was warm! They definitely saved money with the soy sauce. Sushi was good. Advantage can be eaten by hand because I have not completed the chopsticks course EFZ.

Went to Switzerland for 9 days, went to this shop 3 times, but different branches. There are shops in major train stations. All over Switzerland, the weather is cold. Drink hot soup. It's great for cooling off. Personally, I like ramen. The restaurant has a variety of food to choose from. Both various types of rice Rice wrapped in seaweed and ramen. The price of ramen starts at 13 francs. Quantity and price go together. If you come to Switzerland and are bored with cheese Change the atmosphere and come eat ramen at this restaurant.

I ordered the beef ramen soup and a sushi mix. The noodles were sour and the sushi was also not fresh. I had to throw it…. And let’s not mention the 2 hours delivery time….

I have tried several times Yooji's sushi and dessert. NOT every Yooji's restaurant offers delicious sushi, but this one at Bahnhofstrasse is a good choice if you wanna have 20chf sushi with a good quality. The atmosphere is modern and relax with nice music.

Great sushi place and a great expirience would eat there again! Its a little pricey though.

In the midst of sushi terrorism we also tried our hand at the treadmill. The welcome from a French speaker is always pleasant :) who also speaks the dialect perfectly! The little ladies who cook and in the middle are smiling and work in good harmony, it's always pleasant to watch. Sushi parades, you can also order some, a classic little Japanese beer. We are far from traditional Japanese, let's be clear, but for a little dinner chatting it's always nice. Also to be tested in too good too go! For the cost it comes out really cheap.

Fine sushi from the production line. Thanks to interesting food ideas, there is a lot of variety between classic sushi. The space at the sushi bar is coveted. If it is busy, just wait a moment.

Found a yummy mango avocado sushi - which was veg! They have ready cold sushi’s available.

Today I went on the Odysseus Trail in Zurich. The trail was great as always. At the end it said you get a 30% discount at the restaurant yoogies, so we thought we would have a drink there. Unfortunately we were disappointed. The discount is only available if you have Instagram. I think this is very poor customer service, in this restaurant they are only interested in Insta customers. Unfortunately, this also leaves a very bad light on the Foxtrail, even though the trail was cool.

Fish on the sushi that is too thin, a lot of plastic waste, very mediocre quality, the price-performance ratio is not right either way.

Average sushi at best. You can't get it on the plate so everything is plastic packed. Taste is really average and price is comparable to places that have better quality

The restaurant makes an interesting impression. Fast reception and clean. The passing menus are varied. Additional menus and drinks can be ordered via the iPad installed at each seat and these will be freshly prepared and delivered to your seat within minutes.

A great place for a spontaneous sushi evening. The Running Sushi is one of the best here in Zurich. Sushi and other specialties are of a good standard and can be eaten without hesitation. Been here countless times and every time it's great.

Love the sushi from this place! Even if you take away or for a stay in at the downstairs restaurant, it's all good. But to be hundred percent honest I like several of the take away options more than what they serve. I don't know why some of the options are not serve downstairs so I kinda miss them. Anyways the salmon is very good and the service as well! They have always very kind to me and I've been there hundreds of times! ☺️
