The best Ramen in Zurich. You have to reserve as they are very popular obviously. Fast service, helpful staff and prices are fair for Zurich. I could eat their Ramen and Gyoza all day long

First visit to this location; same menu and same quality as the Europaallee restaurant. Tried the tonkotsu ramen for the first time and it was very nice; noticeable upgrade of the broth from the others'. Be sure to reserve beforehand (like 2 days in advance) if you are more than 2.

Very tasty ramen with friendly staff. First Gyoza and Tako Yaki, was very tasty. The ramen was very tasty and large portions. The staff was friendly and attentive despite being busy. Important: Make a reservation, it is always fully booked. I'd love to come back.

For me, this is one of the best places to eat ramen. Yume on Limmatplatz is the second restaurant, and I like it even better than the first, as it has a little more space. Not only is the ramen absolutely sensational, but also the starters, e.g. karaage. The selection of Japanese whiskeys is exceptional, and the advice is very competent.

Went there for the second time in a short time because the food tasted so good! The staff is also super nice. If you prefer to eat quietly, you should choose off-peak times.

I never leave bad reviews… But I am truly dissatisfied 😶 I googled “the best ramen in zurich” Yume Ramen… Okay, I am gonna go for it then. I ordered via Uber Eats - This service was great. Fast delivery. BUT what I got… I have tried a spoon of this “soup” I must say the worst.. worst “ramen” Ive ever had. Burned broth, smelly meat… ramen noodles? absolutely the worst quality. And no offence but I have an impression that these who says its a great food in there.. They have no idea what great nourishing food means. Personally, I know how to cook, as provide services of privat cooking at people’s home. And cook for others for years… I know how supposed to ramen tastes. Plus i am wondering who is taking money for it. It is not acceptable! I truly want to warn people about this place. That’s an absolute not a great joke made to the side of clients. The noodles are Japanese-style! I like their pork and noodles; they are not too soft, and you can taste the full flavor in the soup.

Very fine Japanese ramen dishes and drinks as well as current drinks. In terms of price, it's more on the upper limit. The service is professionally organized, unobtrusive and very friendly.

The Ramen was amazing and the staff was really caring and we felt very welcome. 10/10 would recommend. They even had Strong Zero but unfortunately no Famichiki ;)

Amazing lunch at Yume Ramen today. We ordered takoyaki (very good), gyoza (just good) and the Tonkotsu ramen (spectacular). I was suprised about the Tonkotsu ramen as it was one of the best I've ever had (I used to live in Japan before). The broth was extremely rich and creamy, which is how I like ramen, but I understand some people may find it overwhelming. The noodles were perfectly done and the pork was tender and full of flavor. Will definitely come back!

I had a very satisfied experience in Yume Ramen❤️! I ordered Tonkotsu Ramen and it was so creamy and delicious😋. The price was reasonable with friendly service and lovely atmosphere. Also small note for you: the place is crowded so it’ll be better if you make a reservation before coming. Highly highly recommend!!!

Delicious lunch. As a starter we took the fried chicken, it was crispy outside and tender inside so perfect. I really liked the Tonkotsu ramen, the broth is very heavy but it's worth it. The pork was very good as well as the noodles. I would improve the egg though, maybe I ate it too late but I found it too cold.

We became aware of the restaurant through an Instagram ad. The starter was ok. We had a real Japan girl at the table, she said it wasn't authentic and the ramen smelled too much like pork. The service was very warm, but we still won't come back. Not so kawaii

Very popular and busy noodle restaurant in a hip neighborhood. We were a table of 8 people and we were served efficiently and friendly. The menu was explained to us. Food was tasty and very good. The ramen is a fairly large portion. Dessert was ok, had Mochi.

A little disappointed we had to pay extra for take away bags and tap water...otherwise was incredible

Super cool restaurant with great service and very fine ramen, but in terms of price it is one of the more expensive ramen restaurants in Zurich, but definitely worth a recommendation.

We are total fans of Yume on Europaallee, but have now given the sister a chance and are absolutely satisfied. The offering is almost identical, as is the taste. And here too they are absolutely dog-friendly! For us it is still the best ramen in Switzerland (and we have tried many, in Switzerland but also in Japan). Our favorite is the Tantanmen, a complete flavor bomb. But extra spicy is really spicy, at your own risk ;-)

Brilliant Japanese restaurant!!! New with Nomihodai (all you can drink for a little under 2 hours, drink as much as I can for 35.00CHF - legendary) and Tonkotsu, based on an old family recipe. really oishiiii. Come with my boys next time

The pork bone ramen was delicious. They also have all-you-can-drink options, so I'd like to order that next time I go.

One of the best ramen shops in Zurich, tonkotsu ramen is your best choice.

It was our first time eating at the restaurant, initially we just wanted the ramens but were encouraged to try their starters. So we took the cucumber salad and kimchi, both were good although I found the cucumber salad a bit too salty. Then we had the Miso Ramen and TanTan Ramen and they were yummy but the noodles are not real ramen noodles. They were not the springy noodles that you get in traditional ramen places. The service was very good and attentive, will come back again!

Yume is a Zurich classic where the food is always nice. However, this location was playing Spotify music with ads every 15 minutes. That is absolutely unforgivable when you want to have a nice meal in a nice ambiente. Otherwise 4-5 stars.

Hello everyone, The offer has been changed and the Yume Ramen at Limmatplatz is no longer purely vegan. The offer is now identical to Europaallee. This means: for me the best Tantanmen ramen I know. And this (like a few others) is also available as a purely vegan version. Try! Here is my old review when the restaurant was still purely vegan: 💯% vegan - except for the Swiss egg, which can optionally be ordered as a topping. The ramen 🍜 is super delicious. The starters are also recommended - the “No Squid” was awesome. A worthy "sister" restaurant to Yume Ramen. Try! 😊

Very fine, my new favorite in Zurich Update: Unfortunately the vegetarian offer has been massively reduced. A pity... Now it's exactly the same as Europaallee.

My friend booked for 5 persons but I wasn’t feeling super well so I only wanted to take a tea. However the manager forced me to buy a meal (I offered to leave but they said they would still charge us 20.-). It’s a rude behaviour when the table is obviously a 4 PERSONS table so I didn’t make them lose money and couldn’t even stretch my legs lol. Not to mention he didn’t even dare coming himself but send the poor waitress. We won’t be coming ever.

The ramen is really good (we tried both the normal and vegetarian versions). The portions are very generous, we left really satisfied. The waitresses who served us were super nice, kind and welcoming, the waiter little less. Nevertheless, recommended!

Caution: the restaurant rebranded and changed their whole menu but kept all the previous reviews. This used to be an original concept with a large selection of very tasty vegan ramen. Now it's mostly a copy of the other Yume Ramen place just across the tracks. Boring.

Unfortunately, the ramen comes with very minimalist toppings, which greatly minimizes the taste experience. And sets it at the level of an instant ramen. The overall taste was good and the service was friendly.

Went there yesterday, for the first time after it’s not Midori anymore. Their „midori“ specials like fried kale and vegan pork belly etc were gone. Ramen( tamtamen, vegan) was good even though it tasted different, but it left me and my companion with big stomach pain until today morning … never happened before after any of the dishes from Midori.. I wonder if they started using flavor enhancer, it definitely seemed like. Super sad - I wish they have kept Midori‘s quality from before. Time to look for a new place with vegan options 🥲

Edit: Unfortunately, they completely changed the menu and there’s only a few vegan options now. Personally I liked the old flavors much better. Really a pity. Old review: Superb food and service! Best vegan ramen in town, with lots of appetisers to choose from as well.

Even considering that it is a vegan food, it is far from delicious... In particular, the mushroom ramen is really thick and greasy. Karaagedon is also not very tasty.. Think more about the seasoning. I feel so bad.

If the opening time at lunchtime is stated as "open until 2 p.m.", I think it's a shame if I can't get anything to take away at 1:40 p.m. because the kitchen is already closed.

Unfortunately not recommended. I hate to give a bad review for a vegan restaurant, but the food is really bad and drags down the reputation of vegan food. I ordered the miso ramen which, according to the menu, contains grilled vegetables and bamboo shoots. I received a miso broth with 3 pieces each of apple (?) and beetroot with a handful of spinach leaves. The gluten free ramen was overcooked. The soup was hard to eat, every pack of ready-made ramen tastes better. I pointed out to the waitress that the ramen was very disappointing. The three of us then consulted with the person in charge of the restaurant at the counter, gave me a few looks and that was the end of the matter. There was NO response. The same behavior can be seen here in the reviews where there are no reactions to reviews from the owners. This was my second and certainly last visit. There is simply too good a selection of vegan food in the city of Zurich to do something like that again.

Purely vegan place, they don’t even have egg on their menu. Came here as wife is vegetarian to try their ramen. Tried their dumplings, fried no squid, tantanmen ramen and miso ramen. Their tantanmen ramen while spicy had a bit of bitter taste to it which I didn’t like. Their miso ramen was good. Overall good experience, friendly staff and tasty food depending on what you order. If driving, be warned that parking is hard to come by even though there is ton of street parking, its all full as there are a lot of restaurants in the area!

Nice little place, friendly staff, tasty ramen

We tried Midori and were a little disappointed to say the least. Starter “Cold tofu with leek + ginger” was a block of tofu with chives and some pressed ginger on top - sorry, that's not enough for 8.50 CHF. The description "with leek" is cheeky and almost misleading when freeze-dried chives (!) from the jar end up on it. The tantanmen were very tasty, but a bit “sorry”. In general, the soup was too salty and lacked spiciness. I also missed some more varied toppings, they were primarily bamboo shoots. Maybe a vegan egg alternative? Spring onions? “Vegan Pork-Belly”, a type of chashu, was recommended to us. Sorry, but salt doesn't solve all taste problems. The chashu was so salty that we left half of it because otherwise we would have needed another beer to quench our thirst. The whole thing cost ~ 90 CHF for 1 appetizer, 2 beers + 2 ramen. Too little for too much unfortunately.

The starter Nato, Gyoza and Omakase Sushi were super tasty, (Nato only for those who really like it) the service was very nice and attentive. My main course Karaage Don (cauliflower and rice) was good, as was the piz ramen supper. Even if everything was fine, I was still missing the “Hmmmm delicious” experience.

This was amazing! The ramen were very tasty. Tantanmen spicy just as they should be. Portions are good sizes. The desserts were very good too. We will definitely come back soon! The place was full, on a Saturday night. Reservation required, can be easily done online. As a fan of craft beers, I found the two japanese beers on the menu were too flat for my taste.
