I would have appreciated if you were sure on your site or on Google that you were on vacation! Small detail that pleases and avoids a trip. Indeed everything is very good, quality and original but too expensive. But I treat myself from time to time.

Small selection of products but their cinnamon buns tasted so fresh and delicious! I’d get some everyday if I could!

Very good homemade sourdough bread

Very high quality. Beloved by everyone nearby. Prices are high, but you get what you pay for.

I tried their Brie sandwich, tomato pesto and a seeded bread, two very nice discoveries. I will come back.

Edit 07.11.2022 Luxurious sourdough bread (at least 700gr. CHF 10,-) and amazing cardomom buns! The new sourdough rye with loads of grains (currently available Thursdays) is to die for!!! 800gr. for CHF 12,- is totally worth it! Per 100gr it’s even not much more than elsewhere! The sandwiches around lunch time are super delicious and finally a nice change with top notch ingredients! As far as I am aware, all ingredients (flour, vegetables, cheese etc) are all locally sourced, organic and of highest quality! If you don’t want the best, go somewhere else and don’t complain about the prices. Like always, quality has its price.

Even if the subject of my comment has already been mentioned, I cannot help but make the same observation. Bread is good, it's true, but I just want to remind you that bread is supposed to be a staple food that allows families to be fed, regardless of means. So 12.- your bread, even if it is good, it’s just not possible. Seriously, adapt your prices to the reality of the market, especially in the times we are going through with price increases in all areas.

Hello, your products are very beautiful and good. I always choose local bakeries which use products from the region but 12chf for a pound of bread is really too much. You can find good local bread for half the price. I think I would be willing to pay 8chf maximum for bread of your quality.

Excellent product but the prices are stratospheric...12 CHF for seed bread for example, you have the slight impression of being taken for idiots.. I will move on next time

I walked past this place several times - I have to say that somehow it does not look very inviting from the outside- very dark and somehow empty. But recently I thought I would give it a go and the sourdough bread is really delicious! One of the best breads I have bought in Lausanne. Certainy planning to come back soon to try some other products! It would be nice to have a bit longer opening hours ie around 7h30 am particularly on weekends Saturdays and Sundays.

Well then, if it is true that the rolls are sublime, the bread delicious, etc.. The prices are excessive. I bought a loaf of bread: 10.-. A sandwich: 10.-- rolls 5.--. Too expensive for my budget.

The best cardamom roll in the world. For 3 francs instead of 5 I will have it every day :)

Love the products and the quality is great! However the fact that they close business for 1 whole month (17th July to 17th of August) tells us that it’s not a seriously run business nor putting the customer first. We thought we had found our perfect brunch place in Lausanne, I guess we need to keep looking..

Hands down the best cinnamon buns in Lausanne. Soft on the inside, with a slightly sticky, well crusted outside and delicious cinnamon sugar between the layers. Definitely worth the price (5chf), especially when they're fresh out of the oven.

Good morning, Last Thursday, 4 p.m., no more bread (acceptable if necessary). Today Wednesday 11:15, no more bread, which calls for a baker... Question: how do you manage your production? The bread is good, but you have to plan to make the trip for nothing.... HAS

The bread is good but for 10.- (!) we expect something more exceptional. Few choices and often queues at the front mean that it remains a very occasional pleasure. + for the artisanal and fresh side. - for the presentation which leaves something to be desired in my opinion.

Very good bakery with real artisanal products which are rare. The cinnamon and cardamom roulades are to die for. Their sourdough bread is delicious. The bakery is minimalist in style which is unusual but the remarkable quality of their products makes it a quality one. The welcome is warm and the owner very friendly. To be repeated without moderation.
