Was hungry in the evening and came across this place. At first I was unsure because of the location and the size, but then I was completely convinced by the ambience - very authentically Japanese - and, above all, by the chef/owner/sushi master. El laboratorio parece querer todo y en realidad también hay muchas cosas allí. Nice, hidden place, great atmosphere. The food was good, the sparkling wine and wine selection was great (all regional!). We were there on Friday, December 1st, 2023 for a company dinner. What was particularly noteworthy was the excellent, competent service, thank you very much!
