The Gaswerk's summer bar is almost like something out of a picture book. Mystical ambience with the myths in the background, nicely decorated and various seating and standing options. The selection of drinks is okay, but could be even more original and consistently regional. All of this is accompanied by musical performances by lesser-known but promising talents from the Swiss music scene.

It is no longer at number 23, it has been closed for a while now, now it is the Griilo bar, exceptional in everything, top notch cleanliness... super delicious dishes, always different, even aperitifs, DOC.... the owner is kind and helpful. .I would say everything is excellent.
Very bad Kona, 2 stars for fast shipping
I bought a pound of Kona for around 50 CHF. The coffee had been roasted just a week before. Unfortunately, it tasted totally like straw and was without that Konatypical round, almost sweet taste.
A major reason is that the roast is much too light (maximum “light”). I learned Kona roasting in Hawaii myself and therefore know the approximately optimal level for the French press or pour-over (just before "high")
When I told Ms. Dössegger in a friendly manner, including a photo of her coffee and a roasting chart, I received a non-binding answer including an attempt to divert attention to your roasting company (the lady doesn't roast herself).
No offer of a return, no accommodation of any kind, not even an apology...I definitely won't be ordering here again!
At least: shipping was quick.
Regarding the degree of roasting: Compare my coffee with the chart yourself.
To AG 177853; If a car in front of me is going 40 km/h, I can't go any faster. It doesn't help if you snap at me and throw your hands away. I felt compelled, drove out and let you overtake me.

❎ I greatly deplore your choice of using palm oil for everything that involves frying. Palm oil production is a global disaster, I can't understand how you can support this.
❎ Hygiene and organization to improve:
- The table on which I ate was not cleaned, in addition there was a placemat, cutlery and a napkin remaining. It stays there the whole time, until the end of my meal.
- Quite a few beer caps littering the ground
- No more toilet paper in the WC
- Smell of sewage in the toilet
❎ I find it a shame to play the music so loudly during meals, we can't even talk and everyone is shouting at the tables next to each other to hear each other. At the end of the evening I'm fine, but not during meal times it was extremely loud, like in a bar for dancing.
Given the negative points that I have just stated, I think I will not come back 🤗 but nothing is lost because all this can be improved. 🖒
I already encourage you to abandon the use of palm oil, I think that is the most important thing above all. And if you want more information on this subject you can go online.
