The Caffé Handelshof is a real gem in the city! I am always impressed by the atmosphere and the quality of the food and drinks. The ambience is inviting and cozy, with a charming touch of nostalgia. The furnishings are tasteful and give the café a unique character. The staff is always friendly and accommodating, especially the owner Zoja Halili. She always has a smile on her face and cares about everyone and everything. The selection of food and drinks is large and varied. I can only warmly recommend the Caffé Handelshof. It's the perfect place for a cozy morning coffee, a relaxed lunch or a delicious snack in between ;-)

Excellent service, very smiling and kind manager, friendly and approachable waiters. We ate grilled fish. Excellent quality. I recommend 100%. I'll be back for sure! A thousand thanks!!

John ist einfach der liebste Mensch. Ich mag ihn & sein Restaurant sehr. Ich war jedes mal zufrieden mit dem Essen. 😍 Im Sommer bin ich gerne draussen und wenns kälter wird ist drinnen auch ganz schön eingerichtet. Fühl mich wie in China Town ☺️ Immer wieder gerne!!

The restaurant right on the lake. The food was very good and reasonably priced. But for a 3dl Sange beer we had to pay 5.50 which was way too expensive.

Great beach bar in Walenstadt right on the way to the lake. Very organized and friendly service. Very nice to do something with friends.

Avoid - undrinkable staff and as friendly as a barn door!

Aujourd'hui 31-10-2020 service catastrophique au Subway Plainpalais ! Nouvelle serveuse (Ema) pas au top ! Ne connais pas les menus et ouvre le pain dégueulassement sans compter le cahier des cordonnées sur le Covid-19 qui était pas mis à disposition ! J'ai été déçu du service ! Laetitia manque à ce resto car elle était au top

Boss especially who takes you for thieves because the twint didn't arrive straight away.... I don't recommend this establishment especially as there are some great bars nearby....

Fantastic Indian food and great service!

As always, the food was very good - unfortunately there were various language problems with the service staff. The host Roland - rather rough, the other times very talkative - was in a rather bad mood. The service employee left just after 9 p.m. - we didn't dare order anything anymore, because it was hardly possible to sit comfortably due to the host's mood - you could tell he also wanted to get off work, even though the restaurant was officially open until 23 Clock is open. We paid and left the restaurant shortly before 10 p.m. - what a shame...

Mash potatoes ! 8.40 chf for a mug of beer! Cardinal in addition, one of the worst! As expensive as in a tourist site when there is nothing to enjoy except the road and its traffic 🤢 Not nice in terms of atmosphere and service. Typical Italian but Peruvian style... why not, but not with Russian perch fillets!!!
