I worked there for 1 year as a nursing assistant. This was the catastrophe. You are bullied.

We ordered two teas with lunch, sitting at the counter, after two minutes we asked to change the tea for drinks, the waitress seemed to have understood by answering "super", shortly after she gave us two cups of hot water with the sachets aside, we told her that we had changed to drinks and if she could kindly take this into account. The same waitress (with brown hair tied up and thin) with a totally out of place rudeness and aggression replied to us "I prepared them (it was hot water) and now you pay for them. We write it because we believe that no tourist should be run over for free and outside place from aggression of this type, disturbed people should do different jobs.

Long wait for delivery. And the dish arrives cold. I paid 25.- for a mashawi plate (3 skewers of beef, kofta and chicken). With bread and dessert But! I only received 2 beef skewers, no kofta and no dessert... the bread was a mini pancake.... There wasn't even any sauce on the salad! At this price it's a steal, it wasn't even good! Never again !

Very friendly service and ideal for going for an aperitif before the Häbse performance. Very small menu if you want to eat something, but very tasty

We liked the view, beers and gulasch suppe. But hated that we were given change with a 20 franc bill that was out of date and could not be accepted by any business. (Later advised to go to post office but it was Sunday and our last day). Shame.

The food is more expensive than in comparable canteens in ZH, and unfortunately the taste is significantly worse. The atmosphere inside is dreary, but when the weather is good you can sit outside. The staff at the checkout and food distribution are very polite.
