Bad service and insults from the “manager”.

During my observation at the home, I found the way a learner was treated extremely worrying. Bullying towards young employees is evidence of a deep problem in corporate culture. It seems that employees who may not have the best qualities for leadership positions are being promoted. These promotion decisions result in the pressure and dissatisfaction being transferred to both residents and learners. The leadership policy clearly leaves a lot to be desired and it appears as if criticism is being used as the primary management tool to effect change rather than finding constructive solutions. I would personally never consider bringing a family member into this home. It is essential that healthcare professions should be valued by everyone, like other professions of course, but it should come first and foremost from the institutions themselves in which these professionals work. There is an urgent need for Sonnhalden to rethink its internal culture and management practices. I'm sorry for the home itself, but the smaller management functions leave a lot to be desired... embarrassingly embarrassing..

It's crazy here in winter. Very good restaurant. The slope is professionally prepared. Guaranteed great fun.

The view is fantastic. The coffee and the pistachio cake were very good. Very relaxed atmosphere and usually not much going on, particularly pleasant for working or reading.

The Tacos were good and the person there was very friendly. But what explains the note is that the Tacos did not correspond to the order... To be more precise, there were two of us and in my Tacos I had a portion that was requested by the other person and vice versa. Too bad 🤷

The food was delicious but cold when we got it, the atmosphere nice, it looks very fancy. But the waiting time is astronomically high and the prices make you think about selling a kidney.

Asking since 5 month for a bill for my room. I get no bill. So if u are a business traveller and you need a invoice take it directly before check inn or just dont book. I will never of corse.
