I bought a margarita pizza that the waitress heated for me two minutes later the pizza is totally cold and not edible at all disgusting her even though she looked delicious I would have to explain to you saleswoman that a smile and kindness it's free and it hurts no one because given how the lady with the glasses answered me curtly, I think I'm bothering her more than anything else by asking her to serve me something to eat or by asking her information on the products made me want more now I would go for the pretzel thing even if it meant paying more.

Kati doesn't have such a good reputation. Because people who don't have a good impression go there because of drugs.

I can only recommend this hotel! The food was delicious and the staff was friendly and helpful.

There has been a recent change in personnel, the girls were previously extremely friendly and personable. On Monday, when I was there again (I'm there very, very often) in the afternoon, the tall young girl was very polite and an older lady with short black-red hair was very unfriendly!!!! Because of this I will no longer visit the bakery!!! And I was there almost every 2nd or 3rd day before. Unfriendly staff is unacceptable!!!

An extraordinarily good meal! Maybe the good one! Prepared with an excellent flavor, pleasant atmosphere, impeccable service! Very nice and kind staff! If you visit Basel, make sure to stop here, you won't regret it! A real culinary experience!

I just got out of my first and last time in this horrible place. The waitress was very unpleasant, I asked for a hot dog 🌭 just horrible, the worst part was that she saw that it wasn't going well and nothing. I don't recommend this place 😡

The ugliest place and the ugliest women here...unacceptable

It's a shame that the bakery is closed on Sundays, otherwise I would still buy my croissants here on Sundays. The ham croissants are actually far and away the best there is. Furthermore, no one is as friendly and in a good mood as Marta.

This morning I was served butter croissant from yesterday, I returned it straight away and left the coffee shop. Bon appetit 😬

On a day where it's over 20 degrees and of course you're wearing shorts. You get dumped with shorts. And it's also a summer motto.
