A visit to the Rudolf Rothen bakery, Elm GL is highly recommended, as you can still get fresh 🍞 from Begg there! Ruedi does his work with ❤️ and joy, and the staff is also very friendly. It's nice that in today's world, despite great competition from the "discounters", there are still village bakeries, which are very important for life in a village community. ❤️ Greetings to Elm Peter Streiff

A really great place with very friendly owners who run the business with passion. The daily menus are varied and great! You immediately feel at home as soon as you enter the Schür-Treff - I would love to come back :-)

To date the best coffee I have bought/drank. I just bought coffee in Costa Rica directly from a small producer. I bought coffee from many small roasters. Attended coffee course and and and. Tropical Mountains coffee is by far the best the coffee world has to offer! Each coffee has a different “coffee” taste, with a special flavor note. Coffee simply doesn't taste burnt or roasted to death. Really good product and I look forward to one of currently 6 different coffees from Tropical Mountains every morning. Prices... absolutely fair. Services and delivery service top! My absolute recommendation!

Super nice insider tip! And where else can you eat lunch so cheaply and even have drinking water on the table as standard?!?! here in the Ark, where you are happy to accept that most of the staff are still learning. Unusual. And on Fridays (in the summer even in the garden) an even higher quality gourmet menu, costs a little more (25 - 3 courses) but still at least half the price as elsewhere for this good quality! Reservations recommended.

The shop is great, beautiful choice of stones and the teas are incredibly delicious.

Unfortunately, a misunderstanding happened, a mix-up with another restaurant, which now leads to a short, innocent closure. It will be sorted out and reopened soon. The management asks for your understanding and apology.

The staff restaurant is characterized by great food and its quality. A friendly and courteous staff provides professional service and support. I always like to go there with my guests for a visit. I wish you a good appetite, a successful visit and the experience of the newly designed Aaregarte.

Café Tröimli is undoubtedly an enchanting place with a breathtaking view of Thun and idyllic surroundings. I was lucky enough to attend a wedding reception of friends who rented this venue for their celebration. The beauty and charm of this place are undeniable. The view of Thun and the surrounding landscape gives Café Tröimli a unique atmosphere that is perfect for special occasions. Unfortunately, however, there is one small caveat that I must mention. From 10 p.m. onwards, people are asked to remain quiet so as not to disturb the neighbors. This is understandable, but it can be a bit of a shame at a wedding reception that can last until the late hours. Nevertheless, the positive aspects of this place outweigh the negatives and I can definitely recommend Café Tröimli, especially for events and celebrations where guests can enjoy the breathtaking scenery. Despite the small restriction, this place remains a very special and unforgettable place for special occasions.
