The owner was extremely personable and made sure we all felt very welcome. Their commitment to a child-friendly experience was clear. The prices are fair and the portions are generous. My daughter loves this place and we are looking forward to our next visit!

Salendo con la funivia da Lumino si arriva direttamente a fianco della Osteria (ottimo anche per le persone con mobilità ridotta).Entrata di affettati della zona, ravioli all'aglio orsino e polenta con formaggi sono state le nostre scelte.Dopo il pranzo una camminata sui monti circostanti per godersi il panorama.Personale cordiale e simpatico.Disponibile all'esterno zona con divanetti per rilassarsi e godersi la giornata.

Die Kuchen und andere Backwaren, die wir probierten, waren köstlich, begleitet von einem hervorragenden Kaffee. Ich fand die Atmosphäre insgesamt zu ähnlich wie in einem Café bei einer Tankstelle. Das Personal war super nett und hilfsbereit.

We were there for a team event with ten people. The rooms were very attractive and well furnished. The boss gave good tips and was very pleasant, all in all a successful team event. We can only recommend it.

Perfect place to have lunch before you take your gondola to eiger gletser. Aside from the fantastic view of the eiger and excellentfood, the walking experience from here to gondola terminal is even better

We were able to enjoy the great team from Kauer Catering at our wedding in Meggen. The food for our guests (apéro, starter - dessert) was top class and our vegan guests were also very satisfied. The dishes are beautifully prepared and refined with a certain extra touch. The meat was spot on perfect. The side dishes carefully selected and prepared. Just great. The service staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire event. We - and our guests - were impressed. We can wholeheartedly recommend Kauer Catering.
