Die besten Restaurants in Bern

Since the ZFV took over the Mensa Five, I have eaten here every day and enjoy coming to eat. The food is always good and the staff is very friendly. The menus have something for everyone. During this time, I've literally never eaten anything I didn't like. As for the price: For 10.50 CHF you get a menu that really tastes good and the portions are more than large enough. That's why I think the price is very reasonable. --- EDIT --- I've been eating here for 3 years now and have never been disappointed. A lot of positive things have changed in these 3 years. There are also more and more offers. Thank you, dear ZFV team, keep it up! I look forward to continuing to be your guest.

Combining a day's shopping with lunch on site is always great.

Butter and rustico croissants are strongly reminiscent of the industrial baked goods you find in Migros or Coop, for example. So unfortunately nothing special for my taste. Cappuccino was great. Employees were friendly and helpful.

Cool bar to party until 6am. The ideal time is around 1 a.m. Different DJs. Non-smoking and smoking area. Admission Fr. 10.-

Donerbox and kebab are very good. The cocktail sauce is also good. No ready-made sauce like many competitors.

The service was slow, arriving at 6:30 p.m. and finally waiting for the main course at 8:30 p.m. which was not even ready, unacceptable to have waited so long with our 2 year old daughter to finally ask to take away and eat it at home at 9:30 p.m., if you have the patience to wait go eat there hahahaha however I do not recommend it for a family with young children. Very very disappointed with the restaurant. Quality level, high prices for what you have on the plate.

Bons plats de brasserie traditionnelle. Service bon et rapide, attente très raisonnable. Prix un peu élevé pour ce restaurant.

Wir haben hier zwei Mal gegessen, da die Pizza und die Desserts so köstlich waren. Die Mitarbeiter sind auch sehr freundlich.

Wir waren zu Dritt dort. Der Service klappt einwandfrei und rasch. Das Essen war wirklich köstlich, die Portionen sind grosszügig. Es gibt zahlreiche Gemüse, welche frisch gekocht sind. Der Hit: das frische und noch warme Pizza-Brot, welches mit den Getränken gebracht worden ist! Wir kommen wieder.

The Oberländer is special, the hotel is older but well located right on the lake. What is special is the distribution of food and drink. The restaurant was designed to accommodate smokers and the beautiful winter garden was designed for non-smokers to eat. Good solution.
