Die besten Restaurants in Matten bei Interlaken

Die Lage ist herrlich: zwischen Harder Kulm und Schynige Plattte, die im Abenrot leuchtete haben wir zu Abend gegessen. Wenngleich die Preise ungwohnt hoch sind - dennoch war es ein schöner Abend. Neter Service, sehr gutes Essen und ansprechnedes Ambiente!

Sehr modernes & stylisches Ambiente mit Traditionellem & viel Holz. Die Vorspeisen waren aussergewöhnlich, raffiniert und sehr lecker (caramelisierte Maissuppe, gem. Salat mit Avocado, Ananas, Mango & Riesencrevetten). Der Hauptgang überzeugte ebenfalls. Kommen gerne wieder, da die Qualität & Frische sehr gut waren. Weiter so...

Dinner for 6 people, unfortunately the mushrooms were very bitter, a little tip when you defrost food it draws water, as long as the water is not outside the taste of mushrooms becomes bitter. An excellent hotel with great and friendly service and amazing view of the mountains! From our balcony we would be mesmerized at the mountain view with the Harder Kulm over tea! It is at a great location - across from Steiningers cafe and a couple minutes from the Coop grocery store! There were awesome restaurants nearby as well! Our favorite was the Gelateria Crepino. If we ever visit Interlaken again, we'll definitely want to stay at Sonne!

The smoking inside is disgusting. I can’t believe they allow people to smoke in there. Disgusting
