The quality at the FRUIT BAR is top notch, “Geneva” prices. On the other hand, there is a severe shortage of staff, especially during peak hours, when you have to systematically pick up the employee at the next counters. If there was a competitor nearby, unfortunately I would go without delay.

Coffee - Coffee machine still broken. They heat the coffee in the microwave. The boss blames the employees. Employees - Some are rude. Cakes to order - DON'T ORDER, already it's expensive then they don't make what you ask for. We ordered a cheesecake, it looks like it's expired because its taste is so strange... For some reason this is the best Burger King I've been to. The selection and variety is great, and all so far I've tried taste fantastic! Especially the Swiss themed items, really good! Staff are also nice, even gave us free onion rings when it was wrongly given to us (though from a food service perspective that would be the best thing to do). It's also clean despite being a fast food joint, with an easy casual family friendly vibe of course. Excellent location too being in the Cornavin train station.

This establishment doesn't deserve any stars, but I had to give one to be able to publish! -The 3 pizzas arrived cold, as if they had been prepared 2 hours in advance. -one of the pizzas arrived with all the ingredients missing - cooked dough with tomato! -the second was filled with onions even though this ingredient was not specified The first time I called the establishment, I was asked if I lived far away and if I could come with the pizzas! They explain to me that I should have specified that I didn’t want an onion too! So I should have guessed that we were going to add an ingredient! The boss then calls me to ask me again what's wrong with the pizzas and that he would like a photo!!!! I'm dreaming, he claims I'm lying! Finally he tells me that it's not the establishment's problem now and that we have to check with Uber Eats because I went through them and not through the restaurant directly! I dream ! To flee !
