We ordered two teas with lunch, sitting at the counter, after two minutes we asked to change the tea for drinks, the waitress seemed to have understood by answering "super", shortly after she gave us two cups of hot water with the sachets aside, we told her that we had changed to drinks and if she could kindly take this into account. The same waitress (with brown hair tied up and thin) with a totally out of place rudeness and aggression replied to us "I prepared them (it was hot water) and now you pay for them. We write it because we believe that no tourist should be run over for free and outside place from aggression of this type, disturbed people should do different jobs.

Wonderful little restaurant. A really lovely waitress. We unfortunately arrived at 8:00 p.m. while the kitchen closed that evening at 6 p.m., it was our first evening in the Grisons, we were tired from the road etc. and Madame still offered us certain things from the simpler menu so that we can eat. Thanks again so much for that! The food was good. And a cozy atmosphere that we loved!

The food was nothing special... Lukewarm fries for 10.- plus 0.5 francs for a ketchup. Exorbitant prices... It has 3 soups that were ok, otherwise just fried food. Even the burger is made in the foteuse, a shame. In general view top, restaurant flop.

Hello. We went on Sunday with my family, 3 people and a child... after football to try to eat... I'm not telling you the rudeness, it's the arrogance of the manager of the place... There weren't even 15 people at the tables and he was already snorting and getting really stressed... we ordered schnizzel paniert... he didn't know if there was any... and when he came back they were frozen... we ordered 2 and he rudely replied to me you could have said it before... I told him what the problem was and he didn't know if there were two.... (crazy things) and when my daughter told him that he had to be kinder to customers, and replied that we could also leave....quickly we paid for the aperitifs and went...customers who were waiting an hour for the pizza and when someone complained, he replied, I'm alone, I don't have any staff... a Swiss gentleman I asked for an espresso and a grappa four times and he pretended not to understand... We ate a 4 course menu. The food was very good and the quantity was more than enough for us. The ambience was nice and the service was friendly. A successful evening. We had a dog with us, which wasn't a problem.

We are currently staying at this property, chosen because it is a stone's throw from Vaduz and Bad Ragaz. The apartment assigned to us is equipped with all comforts, with 5 beds (there are 4 of us), kitchen and satellite TV. The only major flaws in the apartment are the bathroom (because it is very spartan and with a former plugged and smelly drain) and, for an Italian who always brings something of his own to eat/cook from home, the lack of a colander and a moka among the dishes 🤣 Among other things, the hob is electric, not induction (so anyone who wants can bring the coffee maker with them). Apart from this, the large size of the apartment is not of secondary importance. We didn't opt ​​for breakfast because we know Swiss prices quite well, living a few km from CH. And besides, our accommodation isn't cheap either... but it was inevitable, being the Easter period. Overall good though As for the location: we are very close to the motorway, a stone's throw from the train station and a snap of the fingers from the very pretty village of Heidi, which makes everyone feel like a child again.
