I selected this hotel to celebrate my husband's birthday, convinced by Monika P. via email and phone that it would be a fantastic experience. However, the moment we arrived, it became evident that we were in for a disappointing stay. The hotel was in desperate need of renovation, displaying signs of aging and emitting musty odors. Our reception by Pietra was unwelcoming and cold; she did not provide directions to our rooms. Throughout our time there, we felt as though we were intruding on a community and were not genuinely welcome. When I requested a different table for dinner, as the one assigned was positioned by the entrance, Pietra's response was dismissive and lacking in customer care. She seemed distant and disinterested. Faced with this dreary and unsettling atmosphere, we decided to depart. Pietra, in a brisk manner, instructed me to settle everything (680 CHF), tapping her hand on the table. To expedite our departure, I found myself settling the bill for the dismal room, the uneaten dinner to be served near the corridor, and the uneaten breakfasts. My advice: run away!

Good conditions, the food here is perfect, you can't complain. I recommend everyone to eat here because it is done perfectly here, this shop is one of my favorite shops.

Pure culinary delights - another great menu. What Thomas conjures up in the kitchen is simply irresistible. Great card. Cooked to perfection, beautifully presented. The service is also perfect. From the greeting to the farewell. Everything fits together!

Great food with a great view of the city of Kriens, Lucerne and far beyond

My wife and me come every couple weeks just for fine dining at antons. The staff is super professional and always kind and the food is outstanding. Language barriers are no problem, they have an international team that follows up on any request and make the dining experience feel like home. The seasonal creations are very creative and unique and the quality of food is always the best. Every beef lover must taste the beef Tatar - check out the photo. For me the best meat tatar i’ve ever had.

The owners are such nice, lovely people that you want to go back to have a drink there. We were lost when arriving in Luzern as we booked a room in an hotel next to the bar that appeared to be closed. The owners were kind enough to call the right people for us, lend us their phones, provide us some WiFi and even offer us drinks while we tried to resolve the situation, We went back at night for some drinks and the atmosphere was great. Thank you for being such kind people.

Waited 2 hours! for food. Totally understaffed. Cordonbleu was a greasy disappointment. Side orders got messed up, spinach was way too salty.

A very pleasant and beautiful Moroccan restaurant in the Neustadt in Lucerne. The food is good and the service is friendly. There is still room for improvement when it comes to wines. But we would be happy to come back and would be happy to recommend the restaurant.

Brunch is recommended. The food was super tasty and the portion was more than enough. The coffee with the meal was very good. The price is justified.

Great view of Lake Lucerne. Simple menu but everyone really enjoyed the food and the portions were large. Very good value for money. Negative point: No card payment/Twint is accepted and the landlady sees no reason to offer this in the future... What a shame!

I've been a guest here several times now. The food is always very satisfying. The pizza was fresh, generously topped and included a crispy base. The selection of pizza variations is also impressive. In addition to the classic pizzas, there are two other “alternatives”. Prices are very reasonable for the quality and quantity of food. There is clearly a plus point for the generous alternatives for guests who would like to eat a vegetarian or purely plant-based diet. The service was friendly and efficient. The service was quick and attentive. Can only recommend this local restaurant in a unique location! Gladly again:)

Found this place while doing a self-guided walking tour. The staff was very welcoming, the food and drinks were outstanding and the atmosphere was quite charming. This is part of a 400-year old farm within the city - unique setting for a farm to table restaurant. A great hidden gem.
