Den schönsten, sonnigsten und grosszügigsten Infinity-Pool der Schweiz findet man hier am Vierwaldstättersee. Die Sicht auf den gegenüberliegenden Bürgenstock erinnert an ferne Orte wie Koh Samui. SUP-Boards und ein Pedalo stehen zur freien Verfügung, um die Bucht von Vitznau und das weisse Märchenschloss aus neuen Perspektiven zu sehen. Wir wollten als Paar eine kleine Auszeit an einem exklusiven Ort verbringen. Das Park Hotel Vitznau hat uns alles (und mehr!) geboten: eine wunderschöne Lage, top Service, perfekte Sonnenuntergänge im See, drei erstklassige Restaurants auf Michelin-Niveau, und eben: diesen Infinity Pool... Wir werden unser nächstes Jubiläum sicherlich hier verbringen.

We were there for lunch on October 22nd, 2023, we were really taken for a ride, what an impudence, a young waiter with black hair and a three-day beard served us, even though we had shown and ordered the wine on the menu, we were deliberately deceived and Another wine with the same name was brought which was 100CHF (!!!) more expensive WITHOUT telling us anything. We naturally assumed that it was the wine we ordered for a significantly lower price. When the bill came, we were of course surprised and wanted to have this corrected, we were rejected very rudely and even insulted that if we didn't have money we shouldn't order it, even though he didn't even tell us that he was bringing another wine!! However, as always, the food was sensational! But the service or this person destroyed your name for us.

Beautiful hotel with great views. Very good service with excellent food. When the weather was nice, we were able to enjoy our second breakfast outside with a wonderful view of the lake and in the evening, in the evening sun, a glass of Prosecco on the balcony, also with a view of the lake. Very attentive and friendly host. Came home totally relaxed. Thank you

When you grow tired of Swiss cuisine, this place offers an enticing alternative. Legit high end Peruvian food, professionally presented in an attractive space. We ordered way too much food and ate it all.

I selected this hotel to celebrate my husband's birthday, convinced by Monika P. via email and phone that it would be a fantastic experience. However, the moment we arrived, it became evident that we were in for a disappointing stay. The hotel was in desperate need of renovation, displaying signs of aging and emitting musty odors. Our reception by Pietra was unwelcoming and cold; she did not provide directions to our rooms. Throughout our time there, we felt as though we were intruding on a community and were not genuinely welcome. When I requested a different table for dinner, as the one assigned was positioned by the entrance, Pietra's response was dismissive and lacking in customer care. She seemed distant and disinterested. Faced with this dreary and unsettling atmosphere, we decided to depart. Pietra, in a brisk manner, instructed me to settle everything (680 CHF), tapping her hand on the table. To expedite our departure, I found myself settling the bill for the dismal room, the uneaten dinner to be served near the corridor, and the uneaten breakfasts. My advice: run away!

Best bands, fine food and ambience to fall in love with, the people are awesome

Good conditions, the food here is perfect, you can't complain. I recommend everyone to eat here because it is done perfectly here, this shop is one of my favorite shops.

Waited 2 hours! for food. Totally understaffed. Cordonbleu was a greasy disappointment. Side orders got messed up, spinach was way too salty.
