Criticism BEFORE the renovation. Unfortunately very disappointing! I have already been to many thermal baths, so I can speak of some experience. -Unfortunately, it starts when you check in that you get faded, unsightly, rigid plastic bracelets from the 80s. This could be solved very elegantly with black rubber bands. -There is a lack of atmosphere. The changing rooms look like those in average city bathing establishments. The entire bathroom is crumbling in many places, the tiles are chipped and the shower facilities do not exude a luxurious flair at all but are more like normal swimming facilities. You could also work more with light. More skylights in the hall, for example. -The water pools with different water temperatures are far too small and hardly offer space for more than 6 people. There is also a lack of atmosphere there. Instead of such narrow niches, you could do something with rock as it would also fit the theme. In addition, the nozzles keep switching off and you wait. No matter whether in the large pool or in the small ones. I'm really excited about the renovation! I hope more attention is paid to details. New, larger pools with rock walls and atmospheric light, which simply takes up more of the gorge theme of the spring. The large hall is very timeless and beautiful in style, but needs to be supplemented with these details.

I was there for brunch for the second time today. I give everyone a second chance but today was the last time that I/we had brunch there because again it was “chaotic” and we weren’t at peace. Sure, it was busy and “busy” both times. BUT: after waiting 45 minutes for our ordered food, we asked. Uhhhh, they didn't know about our order. Not even the lady who took her in. The staff was totally uncoordinated. 2 didn't understand German but only 2/3 words of English. We didn't get any plates, until the cutlery came to the fried egg it was cold and there was no butter even after we asked. Been out. It's a shame, the selection and products are really great. We're really sorry, but only a few stars from us. Very unfortunate

Very good restaurant, with many Asian dishes, generous portions and an extensive wine list. Attentive and friendly service. High prices that more than do justice to what is on offer.

I really don't order anymore. Either it can't be delivered or something is delivered wrong or you wait almost 2 hours until it is delivered with a journey of 7 minutes and you have to eat cold. 2 stars because the cuisine is good if you get the right one. But the delivery service is terrible. Friends don't order anymore either. If you want to maintain a good reputation, you also maintain your customers. Doesn't work here with Franco. So then ciao (that’s how you lose customers!)
