A small ice cream parlor on a side street that is absolutely worth the detour! Very friendly service, great selection and very creamy ice cream! For 5 balls and a shake more than 20 SFR, but you're in Switzerland... but everything was very tasty and we also discovered a new favorite flavor! Be sure to try the “Amalfi”, it’s amazing!

A great restaurant… I recently went to eat and I was particularly impressed, the service was impeccable, the staff were very welcoming, professional and attentive. The menu is quite extensive with a wide choice of meat, fish and vegetarian options, well constructed. In particular, I took “Spaghetti with mussels, black garlic, olive oil and crunchy bread” (Sublime, impeccable) and “The real big Milanese elephant ear” (Well made, top quality). So what can I say, highly recommended restaurant, Like being at home.

Durante una bella giornata ad Ascona ci siamo fermati presso questa piccola e graziosa gelateria. Cosa dire? Il gelato era buonissimo, creato con materie prime di ottima qualità lavorate secondo tradizione, con macchina Cattabriga!La proprietaria, che ci ha serviti, si è dimostrata sin da subito gentile e disponibile, e quando la nostra piccola, dopo aver scelto il gusto, a coppetta fatta, ha cambiato idea, la signora non ha esitato un attimo a modificarla, anche se noi avevamo detto che non era necessario.Una nota di merito va alla gestione delle norme igieniche e anti-covid: ho potuto constatare come la signora abbia adottato misure attente e scrupolose. Ci siamo già tornati e torneremo ancora.Consigliatissimo!

We had a great time; try to get a table on the terrace - the lake view is just beautiful. The food was very fresh and delicious - we had spaghetti with shrimps served in a special pan. The staff is very friendly and efficient. We can't wait to go back.

Mr. Roberto, the owner, offers excellent cocktails, the olives present in some drinks only enhance the quality and service. I highly recommend this place where friendliness, friendliness and professionalism are at home.

Tip Top Easter 2024 for the first time here in this Osteria. The whole thing is perfect. Atmosphere is 100 percent right. CLEAN, QUIET, VERY PLEASANT. The staff attentive but not always visible. The toilet is CLEAN AS RARE. The greeting from the kitchen with a glass of Merlot wine is PERFECT. GLADLY AGAIN.

We would like to thank the hotel for the lovely stay and the attention they treated us with. Maybe we were lucky to be there in a low season, but the moment we entered we got the best possible service, they even surprised my partner with a cute little cake for her birthday... during breakfast! Awesome! Never had such a treat before. While I understand the criticism over the dated rooms and design, (there are some surprising colour choices for example), but instead one should highlight the impeccable maintenance and smooth operation of the hotel. It was our dream holiday, once again thanks to all the staff for making it special for us!

Everything is really right here! Top quality for years. My favorite: Brasato. But everything else tastes wonderful too. The rhubarb zabaione dessert is delicious. We were attentively and warmly looked after by the service. Actually you don't want to leave again... GUEST venue at its best!
