The front desk staff is friendly and the rooms and bathrooms are heated. Although it is not big, the lighting is comfortable and it is very comfortable to live in. Especially very close to the station! It’s right opposite and very convenient👍🏻

Room was spacious and cozy. Near to train station. Staff was helpful and friendly. Have balcony that overlook mountains scenery.

Beware of rip-offs!! Surf package booked with 5 sessions. Validity was only 1 year. Had to sit out due to injury. No credit or refund despite litigation. They claim that it is not a voucher (legal validity 5 years). This is not an isolated case (see other comments). Unfortunately they only care about money, for me it has nothing to do with "surf vibes" - I definitely won't be coming back! I'd rather go to the sea again. Bye

Good location but subpar quality for everything else. Night/Evening reception (brunette) was incredibly rude. Rooms were not properly stocked and asked to go collect from reception when requested for basic amenities such as body wash and facial tissues (attached photo of body wash given in a milk jar). Our group was separated into two buildings, where the older one lacked all amenities. The near location to the station is not worth the price and the service given, would not stay here again.

Very cozy restaurant with good cuisine. Rooms are a bit old. Very fine fondue and very good apple strudel.

We organized our daughter's christening meal. So many compliments to this team. Part of the room was privatized for us, the set-up worthy of a great restaurant and extremely friendly service just for us. As for the cuisine, one of the best fondues ever eaten, tender meat and a blueberry tart worthy of Val d’Anniviers. Thank you Nancy for this great organization which greatly contributed to the success of this day. We will come back

Tasteless cuisine, chicken as hard as a stone in a dish, almost absent from the Caesar salad priced at 26.-. If you can eat elsewhere, don't go there, it's really not worth it. Even for the view.
