Au bout d'une route privée d'un kilomètre, au-dessus du très fréquenté hameau de Colombire, une authentique maison d'alpage, une très grande terrasse qui offre une vue sur toute la chaîne des Jorasses au Simplon, face au Mont Rose.Les assiettes sont très bien garnies, la charcuterie de qualité, les fromages sont faits sur place et on peut en acheter.Service agréable et souriant.

Well, pizza, terrible service and a cutthroat landlord. The landlord charged 9 CHF for a side order of pepperoni for the pizza. There were five pieces of pepperoni strips on the pizza. Not recommendable. Pizza cost 33.50 CHF. Please note: to take away.

On the evening of October 20, 2023, I bought 3 chestnut mille-feuilles to take away. Bitter and sour taste of the paste leaves and tasteless brown, prevented me from swallowing. Obviously, they were not fresh and at least 4 to 5 days old. Very disappointed, a little desire for mille-feuilles transformed into a disgust. (See the pictures). Very disappointed !

The location is perfect, the view is superb but the prices are very high.

En amuse bouche brochette de porc épicée et sauce coco, très bon. Nous avons ensuite commandé des accras Antillais, des filets de perches, une entrecôte d'Angus et pour le petit une éscalope pannée. Les portiins de frites les accras et l'éscalope étaient trop gras et les filets de perches avaient beaucoup d'arrètes. Le service était très bien. Je ne dis pas qu'on y retournera plus mais ce n'est pas le restaurant que je vais vivement conseiller.

Do not stay staff are thieves ! Totally unprofessional staff - we have very little belongings because we are supposed to be staying in saas fee but can't get back as the road is closed. We booked this hotel and whilst we were out for dinner our only belonging a phone charger was taken from our room. Later on that evening, the staff member walked into our room, unannounced again. Later, we confronted her about the charger, and she then proceeded to open a desk draw and gave it back. Absolutely unacceptable, we are lucky we did not have anything else of value. Please be aware if booking.

Lots of rice, very few vegetables. Difficult to recommend.
