We were allowed to be pampered by the attentive and friendly and competent host couple Yves & Magrith for a whole week... an extremely creative and delicious half-board surprise menu every evening... simply brilliant in all respects! The menu leaves nothing to be desired with ingenious combinations...! Fresh & tasty! Very good wine list with lots of things you simply have to treat yourself to. Beautiful, very clean and classy rooms. Fine breakfast with everything you need. Good, central location and short distances to the trains. ...the best that can be found in Dachen gastronomy in Fiesch and the surrounding area, thank you very much, always with pleasure!

At Cathy's you are welcomed as at home. The light wood interior and pretty wall frescoes immediately put you in the mood. The menu is simple, limited but delicious: cheese fondue and Valais plate. We come for it and we are not disappointed!

Very friendly staff, everything is homemade. Apple pie is particularly recommended. Everything has to be paid for in cash.

Discovered by chance while looking for a place for an aperitif, this place with its original decoration allowed us to have a good time. Top service with a smile 😃, and the popcorn that comes with your drink. We will return there during our next visit to Saas-Fee.

Excellent pizza! We ate there twice and I had to get pizza again the second time. We were 8 people (4 children/4 adults) and were warmly welcomed. The table was ideal as we could place the stroller. The service was also very friendly and gave us good advice on our wine selection. Really a great Italian restaurant. Highly recommended.

For us the best Japanese in Valais... See even in Switzerland, the owners are adorable, always ready to help you discover new things, the ramen... The Guioza... The pock bool... The bento... The souchi... In short, a real Japanese one as we like. We recommend without hesitation.

We came back to the Hotel Etoile 🙂. It didn't take us a minute to decide where we wanted to spend our Easter holidays with the guarantee that everything would work 100%. And as always, our expectations were 100% met. Great breakfast, all conditions in the room, absolute cleanliness, constant attention to our questions. We are already used to Mr. Bumann recommending trying out the best routes of the season. This time we visited the Britanniahütte, among other things, thanks to his recommendation. That was excellent. We got the snowshoes for this route free of charge from Hotels Etoile. And of course we had a lot of fun attending the Welsh evening with the Welsh specialties such as raclette or fondue and the whole ambience, including the music.
