Very good, unfortunately, this is already the 3rd time that we have been sick after eating a chocolate croissant... our daughter even threw it up a few hours later this time... it seems to me that it's really the chocolate croissants that make you sick... that saddens me because the welcome and the rest is perfect so it's a shame

The tacos looked like tacos. But whatever. They add a horrible white sauce. Impossible for me to finish this taco. I'm thinking of ending my day on the toilet.

We arrived at the hotel at the end of winter. We received a very cordial treatment with lots of explanations about the parking in the town, about the museums and attractions in the near and far vicinity. The service is efficient, the rooms are clean and tidy and the breakfast is continental. Next to the hotel there is a restaurant on the boardwalk and also a local bar. Surrounding the hotel is the historic town of Villeneuve and the promenade that continues from the local port to Montreux. There is also very efficient and varied public transportation (train and bus) next to the hotel

I have to say that I give this rating because of the woman who lacks good manners. She does not greet when she is greeted. The food is good but the way the woman behaves with customers is very rude and disrespectful! The man is very kind and educated but this is the situation.
