Nice restaurant and very friendly service. The food, however, was mediocre. The meat (Irish Tomahawk) was unfortunately tough and the taste was very average. For the fairly high price, I expected much higher quality and better cooking skills. It's a shame...the menu promises the highest levels of enjoyment and the location in the castle is extremely attractive. A better chef and meat buyer is needed. There is obviously a lot of savings going on here.

Everything was absolutely PHENOMENAL! Visiting from Austin TX we have eaten our way through Europe and tonight’s meal was our favorite so far!! Chris was our excellent server! He took great care of us. We cannot say enough about the food! The Chicken is prepared and presented beautifully (order ahead if you don’t want to wait at your table as it takes 40 min / but the vibe and appetizers are so good you may be just fine to chill there)! It really is cooked so juicy and all the sauces are excellent! The Cesar salad was my husband’s favorite Cesar w/ Chicken EVER!!! The cheesecake with the mango sorbet was mind blowing! Ask for a side of their home made whip cream, it’s next level. As is the chocolate moose - like a ganache, Carmel, cookie crunch fluffy bowl of dark chocolate heaven! So much respect for this restaurant. Conveniently located by the gorgeous Beau Rivera Palace, 57 Grille is in a castle! Can’t say enough great things!

We came on a Friday noon at 6. We had to wait more than an hour (watch in hand) for our orders... some arrived with errors... one of our colleagues even had to refuse her order entirely and was left without being able to eat... and yet we were still charged for his dish. Disappointing for a restaurant of this standing, especially considering the price of the bill.

The food quality was poor and overpriced. The staff were pleasant, but service was slow. Check your bill closely, they attempted to charge us for a very expensive bottle of wine that we did not order. Overall, a very disappointing experience!

Big disappointment regarding the meat, the sauce is included in the price with a salad but any accompaniments are counted extra. The servers are nice but moderately professional. We also had the wine in the middle of the meal, and what's more, they got the wrong wine... the quality/price ratio is not there at all. They are lucky to have tourists but as a “local” I won’t go back.

I went to a restaurant last night with 6 of my colleagues. I had a ribeye, which was pretty good but nothing exceptional. It came with sauces, including the pepper sauce that I always wait for :) However, be careful, be prepared to pay a hefty bill, it's very expensive. For the ribeye and fries, you will get more than 75 CHF. If you take alcohol and dessert, count around 120 euros per person. The place is nice in front of the lake, with a beautiful panoramic view, and the weather was very nice. The service was very good. A good experience, but I don't think I'll go back there for dinner.

Gourmet and varied cuisine, top-notch meats cooked on the grill, lots of choice for accompaniments and sauces, special mention for the XL size burger! Plenty of table space, refined decoration, impeccable and efficient discreet service, fair prices for the place. Breathtaking view of the lake👍.

Very mixed experience in this restaurant. The quality of the food is good but for this price we would expect an exceptional offer, and unfortunately this is not the case, we pay the price for the enchanting setting and the location... Big downside regarding the service (note that it was a Monday): lack of attention, errors in the service (wine in the wrong glass), lack of friendliness and inexperienced waiters. At this price you wouldn't expect that...

Beautiful atmosphere friendly service good food...

One of the best restaurants in Lausanne but the service is extremely slow. We waited for more than an hour just for the starters alone. The seating and views are beautiful but best to visit before sunset to get the full visual experience of the lake. For starters we ordered the Bone marrow and chicken drumsticks which were excellent and definitely worth trying but the crab cakes and the quinoa salad were not up to par. The salad in particular was too dry and sauceless. The main event for our dinner was the veal shank which was perfectly made, (cooked for 16 hours), and presented and definitely worth the visit alone. The filet du perch and the tenderloin were also excellent.

Such a service for such a price is shameful, really don't go there, the waiter almost didn't care about us, he made himself look like he was rich, it's really shameful in a country like Switzerland to have a similar service. Guys at Château d'Ouchy, you're really in another world huh

This restaurant has chosen to impose on customers who want to reserve a table the communication of bank details and a direct debit of 60 Fr. What a sad attitude and what a lack of discernment! And what a welcoming gesture! I won't worry about what this does to loyal customers like me... We really feel appreciated! All of this leads me to recommend other restaurants in Lausanne that are caring and friendly to their loyal customers! I am convinced that the foundation that owns this restaurant will quickly reverse this very bad decision.

A great experience at the counter facing the kitchen, quality meat! The service was a little overwhelmed, we had to refill our own champagne on several occasions.

Many times we past this place. It looks nice like a castle, with nice view of the lake, close to the metro & bus station. There is a play ground just behind the restaurant/hotel. Close to Olympic museum... It was amazing. We had the octopus, a stake, salad, chicken, mush potatoes...., vanilla and caramel & coffee ice cream, few coffees, pavlova, wine.... Everything was perfectly cooked. It was just tasty and it was melting in your mouth. We went with a group of friends and kids as well...The staff was great. Very friendly and professional. It might be in the expensive side for some people but it is worth every "penny" 🙂 After you have your amazing lunch/dinner here you can go for a walk along the lake...or you can just take a boat to Evian... Thank you for the amazing experience.

This restaurant is impressive for two reasons: 1) the exceptional location with the fantastic view over the lake and 2) the total lack of a vegetarian option on the menu. Even for a restaurant specializing in grilled meat, this is completely incomprehensible in 2022. Adjusting an appetizer by removing an ingredient is just not an appropriate fix. The vegetarian options are definitely an afterthought here and that is quite obvious and noticeable.

Excellent meats, very beautiful presentations. Correct portions and prices. Very pleasant and quiet setting. Very good welcome and service. Point to improve: presentation of the server, the dishes and stopping by from time to time to check if everything is going well and that we are not missing anything. I highly recommend for meat and chicken lovers.

Loved the whole experience. The location is beautiful with a gorgeous view on the lake. The food was excellent: I had the bone marrow and the octopus 😋 The price is fair considering the location, food and the service. One thought for improvement: speed-up the service a bit.

Delicious steak, great service, still can’t really justify the overprice (150/pp). The New York cheesecake was more of a vanilla cheesecake. Dogs were allowed at other tables, which I found somewhat weird.

Excellent restaurant for eating barbecue-style meat, but a luxury version! Every element on the menu is just incredible (the sides, sauces and presentation) for any meat eater. (A few vegetarian dishes anyway but we're not going there for that). The magnificent setting of a castle at the foot of Lake Geneva is also part of the trip and the staff is very warm.

A very good atmosphere, we were able to be in the front row for the service and the cuisine and we really liked it. Arrivé à 12:45, repartis à 15:30, tout est dit. C'est beaucoup trop lent sans trop comprendre pourquoi. Pas d'affluence particulière, du personnel très affairé ... mais on attend. Je me suis demandé si c'était la faut à pas de chance, mais en lisant d'autre commentaires, nous ne sommes visiblement pas les premiers à faire ce constat. Pour la nourriture, c'est très bon - ce qui est attendu à ce prix - mais sans originalité particulière. Belle vue sur le lac.

Great location but restaurant has to improve on several fronts! Ate there twice with a small group of people; both times, one dish was under the to be expected quality level (once fish and once meat). In fact with the fish dish one guest had a real upset stomach within 10 min. of leaving the table. Other dishes were OK to good in taste. Service was professional. Better is expected for the expense, will not be returning soon.

C'est à contre coeur que je n'attribue que 2 étoiles et je m'en explique:accueil chaleureux, qualité des mets excellente, carte riche et variée sont les atouts.Par contre le service est déplorable, ce n'est qu'une course continuelle des serveurs mais sans efficacité. 1 heure d'attente entre l'arrivée et le premier plat d'entrée. Au niveau de prix affiché je m'attends à de meilleure prestations. Pourtant il y a une école hôtelière de renommée mondiale à Lausanne. Il serait nécessaire de s'en rapprocher.

Une carte prometteuse pour les amateurs de viandes. Mais il y en a aussi pour tous les goûts. Les entrées sont nombreuses et variées. Situé au bord du lac , la terrasse est spacieuse. Pour le reste , ça se corse. Un service extrêmement lent comme relevé dans d autres commentaires (près de 3 h à table sans prendre de dessert car trop long )Le manager ne fair aucun geste (même si ce n’était pas dans nos attentes ) pour atténuer cette attente interminable. Il manque du personnel dans ce restaurant en cuisine et en salle apparemment.

Lors d'une escapade le long des quais d'Ouchy, nous avons porté notre dévolu sur ce restaurant pour la pause de midi. Nous avons débarqué à l'improviste tout en étant un petit groupe. Pas de problèmes, le temps de déplacer quelques tables et nous voilà assis. Le service dans l'ensemble, était très bien même si les stagiaires paraissaient un peu hésitant parfois. Le service a été un peu long mais rien de dérangeant, d'autant plus que le chef de rang nous avait annoncé qu'il y allait avoir un peu d'attente. Voilà qui est très professionnel.Au niveau de la carte, il y a un choix pour tous les goûts. J'ai pris le tartare de bœuf qui était correct mais pas transcendant, je m'attendais à quelque chose de supérieur. Une autre personne de notre tablée a été conquise par la cote de boeuf.La carte des vins est local et également internationale. Nul besoin d'aller chercher dans les profondeurs pour trouver des vins intéressants. P. ex. il y a l'assemblage rouge de la Maison Dutruy (Founex) a un prix plus que compétitif pour une excellente qualité.En conclusion, un bonne adresse mais pas stratosphérique non plus.

Lors de notre séjour en suisse nous nous sommes arrêté au 57 Grill Nous avons été servi par Gabriella.Accueil exceptionnel, nous avons pu goûter aux différents vins avant de les choisir. Gabriella et les deux autres serveurs présent ce samedi 09 Août étaient adorable et aux petits soins. Le repas, le vin et le service était irréprochable.Merci !!!Nous recommandons ++++

Vraiment top la cote de bœuf ! Les frittes maison et la ratatouille une tuerie. Le serveur est sympa mais un peu dans la Lune, et le service un peu long mais ça vaut le coup quand même pour la cuisine et la vue sur le lac.

A l'occasion d'un repas de mariage en petit comité, nous pensions passer une bonne soirée. Apéro servi dans un coin de la terrasse posé sans accompagnement, même pas 3 chips, 1H20 d'attente !!! pour une côte de boeuf qui n'a rien d'exceptionnelle sauf son prix, des coeur d'entrecôtes pas vraiment tendres, pourtant ce grill est bien équipé. Les serveurs étant trop occupés à ranger les tables et a ne se concentrer que sur ça, il est difficile d'être servi. A noter que la mariée était en blanc, donc repérable mais aucune attention n'a été faite. Garder votre argent pour des tables bien meilleures sur Lausanne. Ici, vous ne payez que le cadre.

La vue sur le lac est superbe. Le service est rapide et efficace. Belle petite carte avec des plats modernes. Le poisson est délicieux, tout comme le soufflé au chocolat et sa glace vanille.

Que dire de ce nouveau concept. Parfait .nous avons été très bien accueilli. Une soirée merveilleuse grâce à toute l'équipe. D'abord un foie gras poêlé bien .lapoulpe était exeptionnel. Puis en plat volaille fermière à la broche cuisson parfaite et pour le dessert soufflé au chocolat délicieux. Le tout servi avec un rosé chateau sainte marguerite parfumé. Merci à toute l'équipe je vois déjà le succès pour vous hier le restaurant était complet

Un emplacement merveilleux en bordure du lac, un bâtiment somptueux, un service très agréable et professionnel, des plats simples mais succulents, bref, hormis l’addition tout est parfait...Nous dégusterons du poulpe grillé d’une incroyable tendreté, une délicieuse soupe de clams, des gambas parfaites et des ribs à se damner!!!À mentionner avec délice, une carte des différents « gin-tonic » variée et fantastique !

La cuisine rien à redire goûteuse et bien assaisonner, prix assez elevé mais correct pour la qualité.Par contre service pas top 3h00 pour entrée et plats, aperitifs... On l'ai attends toujours, notre table à été oublier pour le plats et aperitifs.

Die Lage und das Ambiente sind gut. Das Personal war auf den ersten Blick freudlich. Nur mussten wir leider sehr lange auf unser Essen warten. Das Resturant ist unserer Meinung nsch zu teuer für dass, was sie bieten. Das Essen war in Ordnung aber nicht hervorragend wie bei dieser Preisklasse erwartet. Zu dem wurden uns die falschen Beilagen gebracht. Am Schluss wurde uns dann auch noch auf der Quittung zu viel berechnet. Sehr schade, da die Lage eigentlich sehr stimmungsvoll und harmonisch wäre.

Suite à des avis mitigés sur ce restaurant (soit excellent, soit un désastre), j'ai eu l'occasion d'y dîner un soir en février. Service un peu trop normal, on s'attend à des accueils exceptionnels dans un endroit de ce standing. Carte des mets variées, déception pour l'entrecôte US nature. Je m'attendais à quelque chose de spécial mais malheureusement pas. Ni si bon, ni mauvais, normal. Déception pour la carte des vins également. Caves inconnues, et soit des vins locaux banals, soit des vins d'exceptions italiens à des prix très élevés. Il faudrait trouver des bons vin qui rentrent dans la catégorie du juste milieu. Prix élevés peuvent être maintenus, mais il faut mieux faire. Belle salle, et bel emplacement.

Dieses Restaurant befindet sich im Ch teau d'Ouchy und ersetzt das vorherige, das dort war. Es ist ein Grill, der sich auf Fleisch konzentriert, aber auch eine gute Auswahl an lokalen Fischgerichten bietet. Wir waren in letzter Zeit zweimal dort, einmal zum Abendessen und dann zum Mittagessen an einem Wochenende. Das Essen war beim zweiten Mal besser, da der Service am Abend langsam war und das Essen bei der Ankunft nicht mehr heiß war (mehr Personal am Abend benötigt). Ich hatte ein köstliches Filet de Perche, das aus dem Genfer See kam (ziemlich selten zu finden), und meine Frau hatte einen leckeren Burger. Der Service an diesem Tag war ausgezeichnet. Das Abendessen war gut, obwohl wir mehr als zwei Stunden brauchten, um zwei Gänge zu bekommen, und wir mussten mehrmals nach mehr Getränken fragen. Unsere Gäste genossen das Essen und schworen (wie wir) zurückzukehren.

Repas en famille très convivial et service excellent. La carte est assez bien fourni et propose un bon choix de viandes. Certes les prix sont assez élevés mais en même temps le cadre et vraiment bien. Il y a également un menu pour les enfants. Carte des vins bien diversifiées avec des prix abordables et pour tous les budgets.

La carte est alléchante et propose de très belles viandes; le personnel est accueillant malgré quelques couacs lors du service : certains apéros étaient tout simplement zapés et nous avons donc attendu plus longuement; comme les plats de viande sont très copieux, nous avons commandé un nouvel accompagnement mais la cuisine était déjà fermée et nous avons dû nous contenter de nos desserts... dommage...

Nous avons dîné ici lors de notre passage au château d’ouchy. Nous avons choisi de dîner au comptoir avec vue sur la cuisine ouverte. Un plaisir pour les yeux et les papilles. Une belle adresse.

Ce n'est pas la première fois que je dînais à au 57° Grill, mais ma dernière visite a confirmé mes premières expériences.Nous avions eu un apéritif prolongé avant de venir et avons choisi de ne pas prendre d'entrée. Chacun d'entre nous a choisi une viande et nous avons une nouvelle fois eu beaucoup de peine à pouvoir demander une cuisson bleue, puisque les autres fois notre viande était chaque fois arrivée trop cuite. Après avoir vraiment insisté, notre plat est arrivé, mais la cuisson n'était pas parfaite, mais plutôt saignante comme si le 57° Grill avait décidé de la cuisson adéquate. C'est la 3ème ou 4ème fois que cela se reproduit et je trouve cela vraiment agaçant, surtout quand on s'en sort à 150.-/personne (sans entrée).

Avec une note de 13 au Gault et Millau et des commentaires élogieux sur TripAdvisor, Grill 57 nous paraissait le lieu idéal pour fêter l'anniversaire de l'un d'entre nous. Après l'accueil très chaleureux du personnel, quelle déception de trouver sur une table sans nappe ni sets, des filets de perche mal présentés, fades et trop cuits, accompagnés de pommes de terre frites molles et sans saveur. Les desserts (mousses et soufflés au chocolat noir) ont aussi été une déception. Seul l'Oeil de perdrix tenait la route dans ce restaurant par ailleurs joliment rénové ! Quant aux prix, ils sont tout simplement surfaits. La note 13 attribuée par Gault et Millau nous consterne. A l'avenir, nous éviterons le Grill 57, et éviterons de consulter Gault et Millau.

Wir hatten ein fantastisches Abendessen mit Freunden in dem relativ neuen Restaurant im Hotel Chateau D Ouchy direkt am See. Das Design und die Atmosphäre des Restaurants sind atemberaubend und recht modern, aber warm. Große offene Küche und Blick auf den Grill. Sie können auch in einer schönen Bar in der Küche essen. Andere Tische haben Seeblick. Tolle Terrasse auch bei schönem Wetter. Wir bestellten viel von der Speisekarte und alles war super. Der Knochen und Tomahawk waren köstlich. Große Auswahl an Weinen. Sehr freundlicher und aufmerksamer Service. Auf jeden Fall eine großartige Bereicherung für die Restaurantszene von Lausanne und wir freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen.

Im Hotel Château d'Ouchy, dem Schwesterhotel des Beau Rivage Palace, befindet sich der 57-Grad-Grill. Umfangreiche Speisekarte mit einem exzellenten 38-Franken-Cheeseburger. Was kann ich sagen? Ich liebe es, ab und zu einen Burger zu bekommen. . . Natürlich mit Pommes. Toller freundlicher Service, Essen und Lage. Ich würde vorschlagen, eine Reservierung vorzunehmen.

Très belle établissement idéalement placé. Acceuil et service sans problème, et avec le sourire. La deco est assez chaude et visible. Mention spéciale pour les amoureux de spectacle avec la possibilité de dîner juste en face des fourneaux, façon bar. Pour ma part, le T bone commandé était parfait, aussi bien au niveau du goût que du respect de la cuisson . Pas de dessert car plus faim. Une prochaine fois peut-être. Ceci dit, la facture s’avère très salée, même si je sais que les prix des restaurant suisse dont supérieur aux prix français, mais là...

Nous connaissions l'ancienne cuisine, qui a toujours été très bonne, mais là, c'est vraiment devenu topissime. La transformation de la salle à manger est très belle, chic et épuré. On peut aussi s'asseoir à une sorte de bar géant donnant sur le gril, très sympa. Le service est au top. La carte propose un grand choix de plats, beaucoup de viande évidemment puisque c'est devenu leur spécialité, mais également des poissons/fruits de mer, et surtout, un grand choix de plats végétariens. Tous les plats sont super bien servis, en bonne quantité et c'est vraiment très bon. Amuse-bouche, pain fait maison, cookie géant avec le café, il ne manque rien. Alors évidemment, les prix sont à la hauteur.

Inoubliable soirée avec chérie. Parfait, je recommande cette endroit a tout les amoureux de la viande. Parfait!!

Expérience mitigée... nous sommes très bien accueillis, personnel souriant et très pro. Carte bien construite, pain maison excellent, amuse bouche (rillettes de poulets) aussi très bien. Nous choisissons l’Entrecôte cœur de bœuf suisse des alpages à 58.- (250gr) accompagnée d’une sauce, d’une salade, d’une pomme purée tradition et de frites. Les assiettes sont froides donc leur contenu refroidit vite. La viande bien cuite (limite en dessous du saignant que nous avions commandé mais ce n’est pas grave!) mais au niveau goût, franchement décevant, aucune saveur. Aurions-nous du prendre une autre pièce pour plus de goût? Pour 58.- on s’attend à quelque chose de top, surtout si le restaurant met en avant la viande. Donc rapport qualité/prix vraiment pas au rendez-vous. De petits bistrots de quartier sans prétention ont de la très bonne viande à des prix bien plus corrects.

Cadre sympathique moderne et agréable au bars du lac , service impeccable de Marco, serveur que nous félicitions pour son professionnalisme et son sourire , welcome to Switzerland ! C’est agréable d’avoir ce qualité de service ! Plats goûteux et délicieux, un peu chers mais c’est mériter je pense ... je recommande
