We ordered pizzas a few hours earlier for a specific time, when we got there nothing was ready, we had to wait another hour. And as for your singer at the edge of the lake, he's fed up, no rest for the residents opposite and I think we should change the floppy disk too, it's always the same music...you turn up the volume It’s hard to believe that everyone in Villeneuve wants to listen to your music…

We arrived at the hotel at the end of winter. We received a very cordial treatment with lots of explanations about the parking in the town, about the museums and attractions in the near and far vicinity. The service is efficient, the rooms are clean and tidy and the breakfast is continental. Next to the hotel there is a restaurant on the boardwalk and also a local bar. Surrounding the hotel is the historic town of Villeneuve and the promenade that continues from the local port to Montreux. There is also very efficient and varied public transportation (train and bus) next to the hotel

Very bad experience, especially for people who don't eat pork, bacon found in the middle of perch fillets asked for meunière, very disappointed

Attente de plus d’une heures alors qu’il y avait que 15 personnes sur la terrasse. Salade fanée, frites avec une consistance de verre de terre, et filet de perches cartonneuses. Tout cela pour presque 50.-. C’est scandaleux et prendre les gens pour des imbeciles. Hormis de ne pas fractures le plat aucune excuse ni compensation. Voici des restaurant qui n’aurait pas du survivre au COVID. BErtrand

Brigitte is a passionate person dedicated to fully satisfying her customers. Its products are local, from the garden and seasonal, especially vegetables. She always offers a variety of menus, including vegetarian options. I highly recommend taking a break and tasting her dishes while chatting with Brigitte. This is an experience not to be missed!

Food or top. The ice cream I have no word to say. The view like a dream. Very kind staff.

Poor quality price. I ordered a vodka tartare, thinking that it was going to be prepared by the chef... They brought me a tartare with a glass of vodka on the side.

Leider ungenügend! waren am 7.8.20 im restaurant zum abendessen, und es wurde uns CHF 34.00 zuviel einkassiert. da wir in eile waren um es rechtzeitig auf die bahn zu schaffen, haben wir dies erst in der bahn bemerkt und dies umgehend gemeldet per mail. am 13.8.20 haben wir eine antwort bekommen, dass uns der betrag rückerstattet wird; und bis heute, über einen monat danach, ist noch nichts passiert. und auf emails wird nicht mehr reagiert. schade. nächets mal nehmen wir ein picknick mit um die tolle aussicht zu geniessen!

En este hotel nos "ducking" después de llegar tarde y no poder encontrar nuestras familias dirección. No saber mucho francés la traducción perdimos abd cuando fuimos a hacer la salida después de las 24 horas nos cobraron un montón de euros! Después de algunos nos dieron una pequeña confesándose y una reducción tan triste aspecto demasiado mal para nosotros los turistas. No impresionado por el servicio por cualquier medio.
