The only bakery in Veltheim. Unfortunately, a bakery on the decline. The customer experience is becoming more and more similar to the outdated and slightly shabby interior of the store. Can only confirm the recent critical reviews from other people here. The store has recently been closed on Saturdays. Today it was also closed for unknown reasons. The opening times listed on Google are outdated.

We asked for truffles. The saleswoman offered us a box of four. We asked if these were classic truffles. She said quite unkindly: yes, completely normal milk, dark and white. When we opened it we found that it was passion fruit, coconut and two other indefinable varieties. Plus the quality wasn't good at all. Next time I would prefer Sprüngli or Vollenweider.

Never coming back! I got the spicy lamb curry and the lamb was overcooked and chewy but the flavor was nice. Cost 29.90 for little rice and curry. Chalet India is much better. Cheaper and more authentic. The service guy was really weird and said something that I couldn’t understand to me and I thought it was German then I thought it was Chinese. I have no clue! Overpriced, not authentic, bad service.
