We stopped here on our last night in Zermatt, looking for a later night quiet dinner to wrap up our trip. We did not expect this to be the best dinner we had in our two week vacation. The truffle pasta, and steak frites were both incredible. I will dream about this pasta for the rest of my life. We also had crème brûlée and the hot chocolate, both blew our mind. Ronny was such a fun and engaging server who made us feel valued and right at home. It was an incredible experience.

Hier passt von der Gastfreundschaft, Bewirtung und Qualität der Küche alles.Eine Speisekarte angepasst an die warmen Sommertage, mit Grilladen, Salat und Beilagen.Aussuchen kann man sich das gewünschte Fleisch selber, der Meister ist beratend zur Seite. Wenn ich vom Meister spreche, dann ist das nicht übertrieben.Der Meister in der Küche, einfach phänomenal, was er da zaubert. Fleisch auf den Punkt grilliert, Salat alles frisch mit Kräutern aus dem eigenen Garten, die Beilagen perfekt abgestimmt..Die Getränkekart: Apéro, Wein und Espresso, keine Frage, alles sehr gut, die Karte ist nicht Überlanden mit Angeboten die eh keiner will.Meine Empfehlung: Hinfahren, anschauen, sich bewirten lassen und Geniessen, es lohnt sich, viel Vergnügen.Ps: Dessert oder Nachtisch: Selber gebackenen Kuchen, div. Glace Sorten... Lasst euch verwöhnen.

Zum Essen gab es ein Finnisches Menü. Das Essen war gut nur viel zu teuer. Schade!

This was the far best stay we ever had in our lives, and trust me we've stayed in well-know 5 star hotels all around the world. Let me start with the exceptional staff, from their greeting till end our journey they were so helpful, caring and attentive. I've never experienced a service this wonderful and felt care towards their customers. Not to mention they helped us with all our reservations, picked us up from the train station. Rooms are exceptional, beds are comfy and appealing to the eye. Before visiting, we weren't sure if the hotel design was what we were looking for, after entering our room, we realized that it has its own aura captivating the visitor. Something I can't really explain but need to be experienced. Might be considered as a small gesture but the bourbon in the room was exceptional and we had a glass or two every day after skiing. Made us relax even more and enjoy our time. Breakfast was fantastic, I was looking towards it everyday. My favorite was the avocado egg dish. Yet again, the staff was wonderful. Spa can get crowded but everyone is respectful and makes the experience smooth. Two sauna options with a stream room and an amazing hot tub looking at Matterhorn. Go as early as you can to see the mountain :) Location is fairly easy and in the middle of the city, you can walk to ski lifts and restaurants within 5-10 minutes. Being above everything else makes it a bit more special with an unforgettable view and calm good night sleep. Can't wait to go back. Hopefully Omnia will be our yearly stop. So I had dinner here today on Easter Sunday. I had Zurek a sour flour soup and in the second course mashed potatoes with Kottlett schabowy pork chops my son had Pirogi dumplings. We were so surprised by the food, the friendliness and the immersion and indulgence from Polish times. We can say we were picked up, . Of course that wasn't our last visit. Cheers to the ladies. Charming “ski in” restaurant located a short walk from the Furi gondola stop. Terrific, welcoming staff with a great relaxed vibe. The French onion soup is delicious. As are the locally sourced meats & cheese.
