Wir waren heute Mittag am 27.11.2020 im Kaiser Franz, Service war perfekt, Essen war perfekt einfach nur ein tolles Restaurant

Heute war ich im geöffneten Garten zu gast. Im Internet kann man sich über das Tagesmenü informieren und gleich einen Tisch reservieren. Der Service funktionierte ausgezeichnet. Nach einem freundlichen Empfang lag die Menükarte bereits auf dem Tisch. Kurz nach der Bestellung wurde die hausgemachte Suppe und darauf der knackig frische Salat serviert. Der Hauptgang folgte darauf auch speditiv. Alles frisch zubereitet und ausgezeichnet gekocht. Hier stimmt das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Ein Lichtblick in aussergewöhnlichen Zeiten.

In fact, this unique inn is a real insider tip! It is a family business with its own farm, with lamb being the house delicacy. The chef cooks himself, while the boss takes loving care of the guests. The whole ambience suits a mountain inn that is located on the Zugerberg with a wonderful view of Lake Zug. The price-performance ratio is very good. The inn is highly recommended for a cozy and romantic dinner, but also for stopping off as part of an excursion or mountain hike. Families with children are particularly welcome there and are very welcome. It is rare to find an inn like this today. Since it is very popular, you should reserve in advance.
