I order at 10:18 p.m. I'm told the order is ready at 10:27 p.m. and it's 11:11 p.m. I still haven't received anything. Obviously no response because the restaurant has already been closed since 10:45 p.m.! I don't know if I will receive my order but I am dismayed because even if it arrives it will surely be cold given that the order has already been ready for almost 45 minutes!!!!!!
Scandalous.!!! I hope to get a refund and not another one of their stupid flyers with 10% on the next order!!!!

His attitude is not welcoming and seems to depend on his mood of the day. It often happens that she remains absorbed in her telephone, making customers wait to be cashed. On several occasions I have remained in front of the counter for minutes without her deigning to speak to me, while being distracted by his phone.
In addition, I am disappointed to note that the croissants offered are not always well cooked and have inconsistent proportions. It is unacceptable to pay the asking price for products that do not meet the expected quality standards, especially for a regular customer of this station. This situation repeats itself regularly and it is clear that it requires significant improvement.
Despite my loyalty to this station, each visit leaves a bitter taste. I have often been tempted to share my opinion, but I decided not to hold back any longer. It is really necessary to take measures to improve this situation, because this is becoming unacceptable, in addition to the other problems noted.
Please consider these comments seriously, as addressing these issues is critical to ensuring a satisfactory customer experience.
Je déconseille en livraison. Inversion de commande, j'ai eu le droit à un panini blindé de mayonnaise à la place d'un tacos. Après avoir appelé pour signifier l'erreur et demander à recevoir le tacos, on m'annonce qu'un livreur va venir dans 10 minutes. Il n'est jamais arrivé...
Nouvel appel pour savoir où il en était. Le patron me sort que c'est pas de sa faute alors il faut voir avec le livreur et Uber Eats...
Mauvaise foi, incompétence et no respect du client ont l'air d'être le leitmotiv du chef...

Excellent experience today dining in, in the capable hands of Kevin and his team. Great bubbles, good pasta, all affordable for a Swiss restaurant - more so in an airport. Will definitely be back!
