The top address in the region. The chicken with porcini mushroom risotto is to die for. Definitely a recommendation.

The house, which now bears the name Palazzo Salis, is ancient: it was built in 1630. The current rooms have a mix of furniture from 4 centuries. In order not to have to remodel everything, there are not so-called wet cells in every room. But that doesn't spoil the enjoyment of these very authentic (what a frequently used word. However, it best describes what I want to express!) rooms. The restaurant, which is located on the ground floor of the hotel, serves excellent food. We can only recommend both the hotel and the restaurant!

All very good, the dessert, I had a chocolate and sweet potato dessert, simply divine!

We had a wonderful celebration at Klingers for a big birthday. Chris and his team made everything possible - he was always available by phone and accepted the preparations, menu suggestions and requests by email or telephone in order to plan the party reliably. In the evening the hospitality, the quality of the menu and the service were excellent. Young and old alike got their money's worth. We'd love to come back - thank you for the lovely experience/memories. Recommended: Scaloppine al Limone, saffron risotto and the tiramisu!

We had a wonderful time at Hotel Gravas. Many thanks to the Gravas team for the excellent organization of the Easter crime tour with dogs. We were able to successfully solve the case thanks to our 🦮 sleuths.
