Friendly and professional staff throughout the hotel and in the restaurant. Nice, modern and clean rooms. Thanks to the soundproof windows, you can hear next to nothing from the street. The food in the restaurant was excellent and a pleasure! For breakfast there is everything you could want.

We did reservation. I left all details. Phone number and email. Apparently is not enough… Nobody informed me that apparently you need to reply on email with credit card details ??? First time in my life reservation was canceled nobody even called … when we get to the restaurant the guy was unpleasant informing us that reservation is canceled …

Classic grotto surrounded by greenery. Very welcoming structure, very kind and attentive staff to every request. Mixed roast of chicken wings, luganiga and excellent pork ribs. The cold cuts and cheese platters and the polenta and gorgonzola are also excellent. The wine is good. Large unique outdoor space, precisely the bathrooms to be renovated. Overall recommended!

We had a nice, cozy room with a view of the lake. The hotel is clean, tidy and mixes traditional with modern. The staff is very friendly, accommodating and charming. You can eat very well here, it was very tasty. The start/end point of the Ascona tour train is right next to the hotel. I was very satisfied here
