We were not treated particularly friendly by the service staff after the 4 of us (2 adults, 2 children) ordered 1 pizza and a pasta dish. Incomprehensibly, an extra 4 francs was charged for serving the pizza on two plates.

Unfortunately, the pasta arrabiata wasn't spicy at all and was pretty bland. The atmosphere in the restaurant is very nice and the service is courteous.

In self-service, a beer 3.3 dl CHF 5.20 was simply overrun...it was the last time...

I had lunch at Ticino with my husband today. The food tasted very good, the salad was very fresh as was the pizza! The service was very attentive, top 👍🏼. A very nice restaurant. Recommended!

We had reserved for 14 a priori there was a problem, the restaurant did not have reservations and we were placed at 4 different tables, one of which was far from the others. Fast service

We booked the hotel for one night because we were at the AMA trade fair in Aarau. The location was great and everything was very clean! We'd love to come back!

Sehr laut und heiß. Das Essen war früher besser. Es scheint, dass sie die Qualität überspringen, aber die Preise hoch halten.

The buns were from the supermarket and the meat looked like 50 grams minced meat from the freezer... the salad was soggy and meh.I just don’t know how they can afford to be rude on top of it all—considering they charged almost 30 francs for one person?I feel ripped off.

Schöne Terrasse, gutes essen zu erhöhten Preisen (Preis/Leistung passt) es gibt auch eine preiswerte kleine Karte über Mittag und am Nachmittag. Fondue Chinoise mit 3 Fleischsorten, 4 Saucen und Pommes, Reis und auf Wunsch Nudeln.Reservation zu Stosszeiten notwendig, viele Ausflügler am Wochenende und an schönen Abenden.

Hmm ich kann es echt nicht nachvollziehen das dieses Restaurant so schlechte Bewertungen hat. Ich war öfters am essen; Das essen war lecker, es kam schnell und die Bedienung war sympathisch trotz kleineren Sprachbarrieren...
