It's a shame I relied on the reviews that were too good. Called more than a week in advance and ordered a very nice place. I also struggled with Italian. That was probably one of the mistakes. We got the best spot right next to the kitchen door. Just don't take this seat. The door opens a thousand times. There is a draft and a smell coming from the kitchen. A huge noise too. You can't hang the jacket on the chair. This bothers the arrogant female waitresses. But if you then complain, then it's your own fault... What a shame. Great kitchen. Staff and space right next to the kitchen cannot be recommended at all. The main thing is that there is an empty table in the middle of the room where the staff writes down the orders and holds out their besties to you. We never again... Not recommended at all. Perfect for a romantic dinner and for dinners with friends. Fantastic cuisine, fillet of beef and fish, good choice of wines and excellent aperitifs EXCELLENT!!! Very kind, friendly, helpful, friendly service... TOP!!! Dream location, directly on the lake with a beautiful terrace.

Lovely place, excellent cuisine.

We have known the restaurant for many years but we were disappointed, apart from the pizza, which was excellent, the dishes were not that great. Cordon bleu and chips with Dino's recipe: only the name remains. Sin!

Fun place for aperitifs, but the tongs are also good. Nice and good Monica and another girl. TOP

Recommended by friends who say that the pizza is very good, the place was really crowded at lunch, which means that the food is good, in fact my dish was very tasty, in the end with the coffee the waiter also arrived with biscuits for the our dog lying under the table

The hotel has a wonderful location as long as the guest has a room with a lake view. Pleasant restaurant terrace, including a medium-sized pontoon for sunbathing. Direct access to the lake. The rooms are functional and clean. The street runs behind the hotel and is noisy all day long. Good connection to public transport. The entire staff is very friendly and customer oriented. Half board: We miss the Ticino specialties at dinner. Fine coffee at breakfast. The quality is ok, nothing more.

Excellent meat, obviously quality has a price, but I assure you it's worth it!

We ate the saddle on reservation, very well presented and definitely very good. The waitress seemed a little grumpy at first, then turned out to be very kind and helpful. Highly recommended for game.

We are visiting Lugano for few days and we had dinner at Bistrot & Pizza Argentino and it was a very good experience. Food is delicious and the service is great, the waiters are super friendly 👍😊
