Ate there again, and again it was excellent at moderate prices! Hopefully the Au will remain intact after the renovation.

Die Menüs mit Fleisch werden nett beschrieben, und was wird den Vegetariern serviert? Schade, dass man darüber nichts erfährt.

Exceptional experience. I was greeted with a complimentary dish from the chef. (I apologize, as I do not remember the name of the dish. Only that it was delicious). The warm bread they bring to the table is so soft in the inside with a nice crust in the outside. And the two butters they bring are amazing; one being a fruity infusion that was a really nice treat to go with every bite. The chef then gifted us with a couple of different macaroons that were so uniquely flavored that you have to experience to really appreciate. For my starter I had the pulled crab and Gillardeau oyster. The presentation was beautiful, and the flavor was next level. So much going on in every bite with the crab, and the oyster was a mouth full of such a unique blend of ingredients that made your eyes roll. Both were incredibly fresh. My friend had the veil shank ravioli, and made me quite jealous, actually, because of how absolutely delicious it was. The sauce was so savory and buttery. The one bite I had was an absolute tease. I had the A5 Kagoshima waygu for my entree, and words can't describe how amazing it was. The sauce that was drizzled over it was so decadent and savory and paired so well with the tender buttery meat. Every bite was heaven. I had a sorbet dessert combination that was a blend of citrus flavors that just exploded with flavor, and shocked you pallet after all of the savory dishes during the meal. Not overly sweet, and the perfect portion to end a perfect meal. A well deserved Michelin Star. The servo was exceptional, and the ambiance was such a great setting for such a meal. I was sat right by the window overlooking the city. I can't recommend this place enough.

We have gone to this restaurant for dinner several times and can definitely recommend it. The service is very friendly, courteous and attentive, and the food is always delicious.

Restauramt und Bar. Ein Ort, welcher ich sehr gerne Besuche. Das essen ist sehr gut, die Preise eher im höheren Sequent. Angenehmes Personal.

Das Essen war sehr gut. Wegen der aktuellen Situation musste ich Take Away nehmen, die Saucen wurden alle separat abgegeben und so konnte ich es zu Hause ideal aufwärmen und anrichten.

Price performance very good, service top. The food was excellent, very nice atmosphere. Can only be recommended.

The staff is very friendly and professional. The food is superb. The choice of different cordonbleus is amazing. Also there is an 1kg version :)

Takeaway 1 x Schöpfen für CHF 22.50: Habe angemerkt, dass dies reichlich hoch sei. Mir wurde empfohlen nicht mehr herzukommen. Mache ich.

The noodles of ramen (tonkotsu) is really delicious, but soup tastes like water and it is cold(not warm)!! The umeshu with soda water is highly recommended.
