Arctic Juice Cafe in Zürich

gotta love arctic juice cafe. protein punch bowl is my favorite, but literally everything i ordered is fresh, healthy, good and you can get everything with gluten free bread as well! nice lil spot to study or work as well! 🌞

Watered down, overpriced smoothies and coffee that is barely drinkable.

Great place to enjoy a good coffee even on your Sundays walks around the city. You won’t regret coming down and sitting whilst having a nice cuppa. Cheers..!

Take away coffee takes too long. Been here the second time and waiting forever to get the coffee although service didn't seem busy at all. Not recommended

Cool café to drink juice and talk with friends. The bowls were healthy and they offer a lot of options of fruit juice. The café is quite loud though, and you need to order food at the counter, pick it up yourself...

A place where you can have a little coffee or have lunch. I drank a Doppio there, I really liked it, it wasn't sour and very round. I can't say anything about the food because I didn't eat anything. However, it looked very tasty. Beautifully furnished, as if you were a guest of a friend with a good sense of decorating.

I was there once a year ago and was very satisfied then, but the quality seems to have deteriorated. I ordered porridge and received more of a kind of milk soup with oat flakes... Unfortunately it wasn't any better on the second attempt. Plus, they didn't have any bananas, so they couldn't actually serve most of the things on the menu.

Why is it called ARCTIC when it's 35 degrees inside?? I love the vibe of this place, but there is an intense need to decrease the temperature to avoid sweaty arm pits, headaches and other unpleasnt effects of heat. I literally have never been in a warmer cafe, and I wonder why one would waste energy resources and money to create such in-climate?

Really bad customer service and experience. They only focus on getting as many customers as possible and making money. The manager and waiters are both really pushy and unfriendly. They ruined the whole experience and atmosphere. They were taking about me openly in a negative way and looking judgmentally at the customers and giving bad looks. I am a student that goes there at least one a week with my friends and we really liked it until now. I can with certainty that none of us will EVER go back there. It’s not worth the hype and the money for the customer service and experience you get. The food is not even that great, really DISAPPOINTING!

I have gone often to Arctic Juice Cafe for lunch and until today really liked it. But after today I must say that I won't be going back EVER AGAIN. The staff was very unfriendly and giving negative looks to the customers. I was there to study and ordered three times. I spent around 30 Fr. there for food which wasn't worth the hype. Really tasteless and overpriced. The matcha wasn't even well blended and they charge you extra for a plant based milk, which doesn't make any sense, because they want to be a "healthy place". The food takes really long to arrive and the staff are completely unorganised. It looks like they have no idea what exactly their job is and the system doesn't work at all. You are supposed to leave your name and they will call you when it is ready, but that completely failed and have the staff walking around screaming your name. And the worst thing is that the manager and the staff were really trying to get you to leave. They are extremely pushy and unfriendly in doing so. The only thing they are focused on is making money and serving as many customers as possible and not on making it a good experience. The staff and manager came up three times to me, because there were people waiting and there wasn't enough room to sit. My opinion is, if you want to make as much profit as possible and have room for all the customers then you need to get rid of your sofas and put some real tables where people can sit. I am really disappointed with the whole experience I got today and will not be going back. Which is EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING because the atmosphere is really nice, but the manager and staff completely ruined it and make you feel really unwelcome.

We wanted to have a small breakfast in the arctic. The food was very nicely prepared and delicious to eat, but everything was cold (not that it should be hot, but have you ever eaten cold tomatoes?) The tables should also be wiped down often. Conclusion: a lot of potential but more work should be done on the finer points.

vibe on a friday afternoon is chilled, staff member was a bit too chilled imo… took way too long to prepare a matcha and a ginger tea. ginger tea wasn‘t hot and matcha wasn‘t well blended. they ask about your name for the order and then just put it there when it‘s finished but don‘t call out your name. +1chf for a milk alternative is a lot!

Well… 4 CHF for lukewarm water, shriveled ginger and half a lemon.

Excellent fresh and vitamin-rich fruit juice accompanied by a delicious gluten-free chocolate almond cake. The hot chocolate is very good, hold back and don't go for a croissant, go for their cakes. Overall, a very nice discovery where it's nice to sit down with friends for a snack. The waiter is really friendly and welcoming.

The second time we got hot matcha instead of ice cream. And this time it became clear to me that they do this consciously because they can't make ice matcha... Well yesterday we had it exchanged, dirty glass full of coffee stains and got a milk with matcha porridge, of course you had to chew the pieces. It's not possible, we've loved going there for several years, but it's very disrespectful that you're served a drink like that. Never again!

15 min. Waiting time for a cappuccino. Milk foam is practically non-existent. Dry croissants. Very disappointing for a cafe.

The Arctic Juice Café is really one of my warmest recommendations for the city of Zurich. A wide variety of drinks are offered here. The special thing here are the freshly squeezed juices, in different variations. The price-performance ratio is quite ok for Swiss standards. The employees are also super nice. This cafe is definitely worth a visit!

Went there a while ago but still remember the breakfast being so good! Highly recommend the pancakes with fruit platter

2 sandwiches. both tasteless. wet bread and no flavor... the banana-bread was really unsatisfactory. I do like a moist cake but not too moist! plus the prices are so high, you definitely don't get your money's worth. Also: No straw for the shake and No gluten-free bread although we asked for it. Anyways, We rate this place a 2/10. Never again.

I really enjoyed our visit on a weekday morning. I ordered the poke me soul bowl, which was beautifully presented and delicious. The cafe has really good soundproofing so it was wonderful to step in and escape from the noises of the city (construction and cars). The interior is perfect for remote working or meeting up with friends.

Unfortunately, my açai bowl was too liquid and the smoothie could have been thicker. It also lacked taste. The banana bread was wet and ice cold. A pity! The point is for the nice employees.

The atmosphere is cozy, the coffee is good, too bad that the tables are not cleaned once in a while.

1. Organic Coffee / Cortado was great 2. Juice for 10 CHF came with ice cubes - It doesn’t state anywhere that there are ice cubes in the juice. I kindly asked the waitress to make a new juice without ice cubes. Her response was “We always do it with ice” and left. She didn’t bring a new juice. Her male coworker was more service oriented and made a new juice. Even without ice, the juice is very watered down. I had a juice with ginger that didn’t taste anything like ginger. I find the attitude of the waitress not acceptable in a place where you easily spend 30 CHF on breakfast for one person. 3. The don’t have olive oil for the bowls/salad inly cheap dressing with way too much balsamico. 4. They have “bullet coffee” on the menu but couldn’t make it due to lack of coconut oil.. - how about a real bulletproof coffee with MCT oil, real butter and collagen?

I often order from the Arctic - on top of making great food, they are the nicest people. Recently Uber messed with the order delivery - Arctic people didn't only make sure I receive reorder quickly, but even gave me some banana bread as a treat (even though it wasn't their fault at all). The best sandwich with salmon in Zurich for a year that we live here. Latte was also better than usual you could find in the city center. They are very careful with gluten and they have many options gluten free. The prices are good and the food was delicious.

Nice feel and atmosphere, but the juices are an absolute joke and rip-off. You pay 10chf and what you get is water with some color, barely any fruit/veg. The management should be embarrassed charging this much money and delivering zero value. If you want a good fresh juice/smoothie, head to the Alnatura supermarket in Löwenstrasse.

For a cafe in the center of the city i was quite surprised to see the cost of an oat milk cappuccino to be 7 chf. Don't understand why there is a penalty for a vegan option. Also 7 chf is too costly, even for Zurich. Also, the sitting arrangement seemed limited. Plus point: The cups were beautiful.
