The only thing to complain about is please change the opening times at the outside sign on the facade (parking lot). Doesn't match the main entrance...officially 7 a.m. outside 6:45 a.m. + they can be long, thank you

I wanted some warm oat milk to go. This would have cost CHF 3.90 for 2dl and CHF 4.90 for 3dl. The reason: with oat milk, each drink costs CHF 1 more. I find that very, very sad. The waitress didn't understand that it was excessive to pay almost 5 euros for warm milk.

Very nice service lady and very good plum cake...unfortunately the atmosphere is like in a storage room...

I am sorry but I really have to complain about my experience here today. It used to be a great place with excellent service, now all changed and the young girl who was at the bar doesn't even have the basic knowledge of how to deal with customers. I ordered and paid for coffee, cappuccino and a cake with my wife then sat at a table inside. She gave me the cake and my wife's coffee then other clients entered for take away. She left my cappuccino to deal with them. New clients kept coming, and she was just taking care of them. I was waiting. New clients coming in, my cappuccino and myself waiting. After 10 minutes, when no one was coming in anymore, she finally decided that it was time to prepare what I had ordered and paid way before. All this while spending most time on her phone. Very unprofessional. We are definitely not coming back here, ever.

Sunday morning, 7 minutes before 8:00 a.m., door wide open, staff present, busy getting the goods ready. I enter the store and say good morning. A hesitant murmur of greeting from a man present, the saleswoman behind the counter apparently didn't want to notice me and left me standing in the shop unnoticed, unwelcomed and without comment. My gaze wanders to the opening times signposted on the entrance door: Sunday 8:00 a.m. - ... Obviously I'm a little early. I don't feel welcome and leave the restaurant after what feels like 5 minutes of inattention. It's a shame, because Hausammann's braid would have been really delicious. I wish you a good morning.

Good place to grab a coffee while you wait for tram/bus. Place is too small, there are only two/three small tables
