We spent New Year's Eve dinner here and had a great time. Value for money as expected. Friendly environment, some of the guys who served in the room didn't speak English very well and even though we weren't perfect at expressing ourselves, they complied with all our requests. The tables in front of the windows have an enchanting view.

It is the third time we are going to eat there this year and unfortunately we have to witness unpleasant moments with the big and tallest waiter, The previous times he was making comments about the body of young ladies, and look at them like objects in front of a colleague who looked at him disapprovingly. Today he made a face of disgust and annoyance when an asian client woman was asking. He didn't even look at me and my wife when he took our order. I don't understand how people like him works in service. I gave this restaurant several chances, because the food is not expensive, the views and because the other workers seem smiling and very pleasant, but definitely not anymore if I have to witness more moments like these.

We went there twice for dinner on the weekend. The The Cordonbleu was fine. The medium chicken salad had a whole bowl, which was too much for me. But he was good. Friendly staff and good value for money.

We loved this place - upbeat Swiss music & atmosphere. The staff were helpful, friendly but not over the top. We did wait 20+ minutes for our food & it wasn't that busy however the food was delicious (chicken burger with sweet potato fries & the mac/cheese pasta). The chicken was cooked perfectly, great portion sizes, very tasty meals.

We loved the food, the service, and everything else. Happiness, fun & food, that's all we need.

We were a large group and the service was overwhelmed with taking the orders. The fondue was ok, but not good.

It is the second time I go to Grindelwald and for the second time I decided to have lunch at BEBBIS. And for the first time I felt at home. The place is welcoming and the food is delicious. Always friendly staff. At BEBBIS you can breathe Swiss folklore. Super recommended! I will definitely stop by a third time!

The food is not salty and the amount of French fries is generous and delicious. I was worried about the steak, but since I'm a foreigner, I ordered medium. It was well-done, so I was a little disappointed, but... it tasted familiar, like family restaurant food.

I can't understand some of the bad comments at all. We were here with 22 people, which is certainly not easy. Nevertheless, everything from A to Z worked great and we were served quickly, etc. The staff is super nice and the atmosphere is also very nice. Price/performance is certainly top. Food is not gourmet food, but you shouldn't expect that here either. Everything fine. Gladly again.

Made a friendly impression from the outside. When we got a place, we quickly realized that appearances were deceptive. We ordered a fondue for two with white wine accompaniment. Neither the wine nor the fondue tasted good. While the wine seemed like it was aged more for cooking, the fondue tasted more like warmed cream with some cheese spice. After we half dipped two pieces of bread into the caquelon, the “excellent” cheese and cream mixture was already gone. Considering the taste, it's not such a shame. Conclusion: The money thrown out the window would have been better invested. Ps: To fill us up, we got a pizza from the neighbor afterwards.

We went to this restaurant for dinner today. The staff doesn't speak German, so the order is not understood properly and only partially delivered. The cheese fondue shouldn't be described as such, we've never had anything like it in Switzerland. It looked like a lump of cheese that had been warmed but didn't really liquefy. The chicken in the salad was dry and didn't really taste fresh. The salad dressing is called house dressing and tends to come from a ready-made package. The restaurant itself is nicely decorated, but for the price we paid for the food we will find something better in Grindelwald.

Unfortunately, no one speaks German there, which means... when I called, I was "advised" in Swiss German. When I tried with my hands and feet to talk to someone about celiac disease, the allergen card was handed to me. Well. Salad should work. My mistake was ordering this with the chicken. The meat had probably been fried for a long time, was anything but fresh, super dry and inedible. The salad dressing tasted worse than the one at McDonalds. My son's fondue was... I don't know how to express it, but it's not bad. My husband's sweet potato fries were great. For my part, I had stomach cramps after eating. 😭

I didn’t make any cheese fondue. It's not really salty, so why are you saying it's salty? I also ordered chicken alfres and it was seasoned just right. People who like spices may find it boring, but everything was delicious and it would be better to just buy the wine at the supermarket. Staff service is also very friendly.

We came here during Christmas 2023 and the performance here was great. It has been a while since the last time I was this happy. I totally let go of myself and relaxed in this happy atmosphere. It was during Christmas but they were willing to service and brought me happiness.

The food is delicious and halal. Our orders were a burger with onion rings and a burger with avocado. Curry chicken with rice was delicious, and nachos with cheese and sauce. I will not order them again, but the rest of the orders are delicious. I will return for them again.

The drinks (Fanta and Cola) were miserably bad - some unsuccessful homemade mixture, ugh and you pay 5Fr for 3dcl🫣! Pizza dough is simply bad and in my opinion has little to do with pizza!

There were 6 of us. Simply put: What's the point? Unfortunately, BRATwurst from the oven tastes like boiled sausage, salad without sauce, then with ready-made sauce upon request. Chemical-style “Spätzli”? Spices = foreign word, The interior is very nice for tourists, but offensive for Swiss people because spray-painted Swiss crosses represent an X. The VAT was declared as 7.7 on the card, unfortunately on the invoice then 8.1. Nothing fresh and not advantageous for restaurateurs at the table. All in all, you have to know but we say no thanks.

The worst we have ever been! we came here because it was already late and mostly everything was closed already. What a terrible choice, better go hungry to bed that eat anything here! ‚Mixed salad‘ means some salad leaves thrown on a plate with as good as no sauce. We got the fondue, but that‘s definitly no fondue. It tastes like bechamel sauce. definitly no cheese. it was just DISGUSTING. Terrible. It‘s a shame that a restaurant at such a swiss place is allowed to exist.

We were very much tired after a long day at Grindelwald and were looking for Vegetarian Options. We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of Vegetarian food. The Veg Pizza was very good. Had a taste of Swiss Ravlette for the first time and it was very tasty. We wanted to try out Swiss Cheese Fondue. Taste was good. Cheese could have been less salty. Sweet Potato fries were very good. The energy of the staff on Christmas eve was infectious Great experience

What a cool restaurant! It is such a vibe and apart from the amazing views,the food here is fab. We liked it so much that we ate here for two consecutive days. Would recommend the fondue and the burger here and in beverages fresh strawberry milkshake and the local beer.

This place was a complete letdown! The schnitzel was practically charcoal, and don't get me started on the pizza – it tasted like it came straight from a generic supermarket freezer. But what really got under my skin was the waiter's shockingly inadequate manners. I've never felt more frustrated by a combination of terrible food and a service experience that left me seething. Avoid this place at all costs!

Cheese fondue tasted gross, then looked over to the kitchen and saw the chef preparing it and realised why... they use cheese from a tube not fresh cheese (and you can definitely taste it)

The restaurant smells, maybe because of the cheese. The food quality is not the best the burger is less than the regular(looks like the one you buy from the supermarket)the salmon is frozen and v.small proportion. The fondue was not the best. The drinks are of a cheap quality. The staff are kind ( like freddie he was super friendly and helpful) maybe because it is busy restaurant due to the affordable prices and the view. (Which is the only good thing the view) I will never come back again.

We didn't really like the burgers we ate. The water was also relatively expensive at 12 francs per liter. In addition, no one really spoke a local language, which meant that you could only communicate in English. What we noticed positively, however, was the cleanliness, which was important.

Well, despite the bad reviews, it was okay! To be honest, it is true that fondue does not suit Korean tastes very well, but it is worth trying at least once. It was nice that, unlike other stores, you didn't have to order fondue according to the number of people. The schnitzel was a bit tough, but for Korean tastes, the lemon beer was delicious.

Nice view but worst place to eat fondue !! They call it traditional fondue but has nothing to do with it. The cheese is disgusting, so mildly and greasy. A good restaurant if you want to actually try Swiss cuisine in a very nice setting. There are no smells from the kitchen inside as all dishes are served from it via an elevator. I recommend everyone to use it.

A place you would be disappointed to miss in Interlaken

Cheese fondue, NOT GOOD. it seems that potato flakes are added to the almost non-existent cheese. “Homemade bread” is industrial white bread. You have to avoid this place for the restoration. But the terrace in front of the Eiger is magnificent. A coffee would have done the trick.

Both parents and children enjoyed their meal with satisfaction. I was able to sit on the terrace and enjoy the beautiful view while eating, and the food was tastier than I expected.

The German style sausage is delicious. I wish they didn't put the sauce on the fries, but rather sprinkled salt on them. Just give the fries as is, but the sauce is so bad.

The staff was friendly, greeted us as we got there. We got our seat right away as the place was not that busy during late dinner. Food looked good on the menu and we ordered pork roast. There were three pieces of meat served and we shared our plate. The first slice of the roast pork was so hard as if they were old. Didn't even finish that part and I tried the next layer of the pork to see if they were hard too, but it came out soft. I was wondering how could the first piece of the meat be so freaking hard, should they even serve that hard meat to the customers? I was so disappointed by that piece of meat. Wouldn't recommend that place to eat although it had a great view of you sitting outdoors.
