Amazing Pretzels, their are recently made and my favorite is the Cheddar one. Also the smoked beef hot dog 💯. For the prices in Zermatt, this store have really good ones and once you try a bretzel it is worth it. The service is really good and you can find staff who speak German, English, Spanish, Italian, portuguese and French. I definitely recommend it.

Excellent service, the Brezels and baguette are delicious, especially the chorizo ​​with Swiss cheese.

Veeery expensive but tasty takeaway bretzels. In my opinion price is not worth the bretzel. Coffee was not tasty. Staff was usually oblivious.

This pretzel shop at the Zermatt train station has the BEST warm pretzels we've ever had! We had the plain, salted, regular size pretzels and kept going back for more. Later in our trip we had warm pretzels other places in Zermatt but none even came close. We highly recommend Brezelkonig!!

Ordered a butter pretzel for 5.2 CHF plus 7.7% VAT. The staff was friendly and the location was convenient, at the exit of the train station.

Friendly staff and delicious food

I came to Zermatt for the second time from Japan in late May. I bought a Brezel and a Panny and paid 20 Swiss Francs to the male clerk. He didn't even give me change after receiving the money. I hadn't checked the price, so I didn't protest, just asking for a small change. I'm not good at English either. When I checked later, it was about 15 Swiss francs for two. Looking back, I think he didn't even register at the cash register, so I assumed he was a Japanese person who didn't complain, so I excluded him from the sale and received the payment. I felt quite used to it. I think he does the same thing with other foreigners. Be careful when paying with cash at this store. I'm very disappointed because I love Zermatt.

It's a shame that the staff here has trouble understanding Swiss German...

Cheddar pretzel was crazy good! I had to go back for another. Best pretzel I've ever had. 1 star deducted because an espresso set me back 3,40CHF. That's too expensive!

Perfect pretzel with butter and delicious sandwich💪🏽

A tender pretzel stick covered with a blanket of avocados, paired with chilli, salt, pepper and tartar sauce... a real treat. The lady made them very lovingly :)

Products are always fresh and tasty, customer service is just great from all the employees and is nothing but a place I gotta visit every time I’m in Zermatt

I bought a vegan hot dog, it was delicious! I am very happy about the good advice about the vegan selection. The two salespeople were very, very nice! :)

In Zermatt, dry pretzel, inedible for a minister's price ☹️

This morning at 6:30 I bought 2 pretzels. If someone wanted to eat it, it was unfortunately rock hard and not of the quality that I usually know from Brezelkönig. A pity.

A raclette pretzel like this stay in Zermatt: delicious and generous, but makes you thirsty!

Tasty hot dog with a correct price

It was early morning 8am, everything looks freshly made and was served hot Check on the vegan choice, there is only one type available at chf 2. Mum says it’s good. I got another one in chocolate, dad says it’s tasty too. Love that everything are served hot from oven. Staff is so polite and try to speak English explaining to me on the choices available

On Wednesday afternoon at 3 p.m. there was no longer any choice of food! The worker behind the counter seemed like he didn't care at all. I won't leave my money here anymore.

There is a new owner, a young couple. Staff is friendly and the food is fresh made! They explained me the process how they make their sandwiches and for sure the rating previous does not represent todays standard. Great job! The couple took over in December 2019 and elevated the standard. They take the regulations very serious and it is pleasant to see that they are passioned about what they are doing. The Lady did recommend me a dry-fruit cheese sandwich, I was not conviced first because I don’t realy like dryed-fruit and I am such e meat lover but it was DELICIOUS! Funny that I coudn‘t find this sandwich in Zürich anymore... :( The location is perfect. Once you get out of your long trip to Zermatt you can’t miss the Brezelkönig. Go and get there a snack and refreshment! And if you leave Zermatt get a Sandwich for your way back.

I got food poison from a hotdog!

It's unfriendly. They gave money as if they were throwing it away and the food was delicious, but I was offended by the staff's unfriendly behavior.

I got a pretzel with cheese and pepperoni. It was good but, it should have been warmed up. It got served to me cold.
