Very good snow in middle of March,coming down from 3883m is unique experience.

A horrible experience! Table reserved from 9 p.m. to 11 p.m., we were not able to sit down for 15 minutes until the table was ready! As soon as we sit down, we are asked to choose quickly because the kitchen is closing soon. At 9:45 p.m., we were refused desserts because it was “too late for that.” So we asked to speak to the manager, and he was the highlight of the show: a haughty, aggressive and rude man. I was calmly expressing the situation when he turned his back on me and walked back, exclaiming “not my problem”!

We waited 1 hour 40 minutes for the food. The staff is aware of the long waiting times. The staff was inexperienced and unprofessional. Example: When the wine dripped while pouring, it was cleaned with a finger. Communication in English and German is only possible with difficulty. French went well. The two young people were at least very hard working and very friendly, which cannot be said about the restaurant management. She seemed to be monitoring the goings-on in the restaurant from the bar. This gave us an uncomfortable feeling. The meat was soaked and floating in the Cafe de Paris. The top quality of the meat was only moderately highlighted. The salad and the wine foam soup were good. Fries could be better, hands down. Anyone with a larger build will want to stretch after the visit, as our seats were cramped and the table was quite small. Conclusion: Price-performance ratio not given and we forego another visit to the Ross stable.
