Getting off at the train station after taking the gloden pass, in a small Swiss town called Châteaux d'Oex, in this winter time, the snowy atmosphere and the sunset, you will find a tea house🍵, a very small pastisseria/chocolate shop and warm. My gastronomic comment is on a soup that I tasted with an exquisite flavor of asparagus with crispy cookies, served in recyclable material and at an appropriate temperature, ideal for the intensity of the cold outside. There is also a good offer of tea and they serve it with a small chocolate souvenir.

Being French, it is difficult to find pain au chocolat made in France. At Clémentine, you will not be disappointed! The pains au chocolat are twice the size of a classic pain au chocolat and the croissants are to die for! As for their ciabatta... A delight! The best bakery in Switzerland! I recommend ❤️

Happiness to find croissants with butter like in 🇫🇷, with ham…. Just magical hazelnut spread!!! Excellent sandwich… In short, I recommend 👍👍👍👍

hello, I visited on Sunday September 10 at 7:15 a.m. unfortunately the blinds were still down, there was practically nothing on the shelves and the boss was still asleep... too bad I wasn't able to taste these breads/croissants which are, it seems, very good. why post opening hours on the internet and at the bakery if they are not respected...have a good Sunday and enjoy your meal.
