A nice shop where you can get a lot of things. I notice again and again that the customer is not welcome. Information is viewed as a nuisance and you disturb the employees as a customer, well understood, there are INDIVIDUAL employees who are great! If I didn't have to go to this store because that's the only place where my product was available, I wouldn't go to this store again.

When we shopped for groceries here, we were pleasantly surprised by both the range and the prices. There were some 50% offers, delicious raspberry vanilla danishes and a large apple spritzer for just 1.40 francs. The staff was also very nice. You'll be happy to come back there.

Coops are shopping centers in Switzerland 🇨🇭, in Lucerne they have approximately seven. As a tourist 🏕️ this is a very good option to eat at a buffet, for a cheaper price and to be able to taste traditional dishes. In our case we were able to eat🍴 the classic sausage 🌭 (schwen) 🇨🇭 with Italian spazzlie pasta, beer 🍺 and bread 🥖 for 13.90 francs. Important!!!!! It is knowing that if you pay in euros they charge you 1.50 francs more in exchange.

I highly recommend it, including as a lunch option in Lucerne. The restaurant there is great value for money and has a wide variety of options.

I suspect that this supermarket has been hacked. As soon as I swiped the card and took out my front foot, the fraud group immediately stole three paypal transactions in a row. Fortunately, the card was stopped immediately, otherwise they would try to continue to steal the money.

As for the exchange rate, prices are high, so it's cheaper to buy in Japan. However, some of the items in the store are cute, so it might be a good idea to use it to buy souvenirs.

Great place to get groceries. They have everything you need for vacation. The lady at the register was a little rude since we didn’t understand French, but we understand.

One of the bigger COOP stores. They have almost all I need as a tourist. Bought breakfast for breakfast for the next two days as store will close on Sunday and Monday. A sale lady was kind enough and friendly even though I forgot to weigh the bunch of banana. It is the place such as this that makes travelling easier on my wallet :) Love the wide range of stuff from shampoo to cooked food.

Checkout is not fast at Swiss convenience stores, supermarkets, etc. Perhaps because there are a lot of regular customers, or because they just like to talk, the customer and the cashier chat leisurely while paying the bill. It's quite different from our sentiments, but I thought it was good. However, it takes time.

In the men's clothing department I received very friendly and competent advice. Afterwards I went to the food department where I bought a bottle of Ruffino Riserva Ducale. Instead of the regular price of 19.95, it was offered for 11.95. But the cash register charged 14.95. I pointed this out to the saleswoman. After that, 15 minutes passed, then two more, one after the other people were brought in. If I had expected that, I would have put the bottle back. I would be happy to avoid such actions in the future.

Restaurant: checkout staff need more training on payment options, toilets are not clean, cleaning is only done once (according to the cleaning plan).

Beautiful cozy sleeping cabins, not hot due to the air conditioning, excellent ventilation. The light is dimmable, everything is as clean as possible. Really quiet, no extraneous sounds bother you. Considering that I am a light sleeper, earplugs were not needed.

It is larger than I expected 😍✌🏻but they have a limited gluten free options! But still it’s amazing

I wanted to get something important in the women's department today but I couldn't find it. When I asked a slightly older lady from the Coop City about it, she answered me with "what do you think?" “That’s not a mini compartment” and ran away. That is very unfriendly!

The grocery shop is small and difficult to be comfortable while shopping.

I don't think one franc to go to the bathroom is fair. In Saint Moritz you don't pay to go to the bathroom, and the bathrooms are all very clean and many.

I would like to compliment the lady at the checkout in the food (short hair, glasses, as far as I can remember with a small tattoo). She always greets all customers in a very friendly manner and is never above a little fun. I like to wait a few seconds longer and avoid self-checkout to pay with her. Coop is lucky to have such a great employee on the team.
